Welp, we thought we would give it another shot, after not frequenting this restaurant for a couple years. Our family decided to have the breakfast buffet. I have to say most items tasted the same, bland and/or were processed generic, like the powdered scrambled eggs. The buffet was not being attended to or replenished, they were out of many items. The plates were mostly dirty, we had to scroll through to find clean ones. One of our silver ware roll ups had food on the knife, I had lipstick on my coffee mug and the coffee was undrinkable. The restaurant floor was also dirty.
Our waitress was friendly and did her best, she was the only positive part of the experience; she and the other waitress were also responsible for being the hostess.
The final insult was the bill, the breakfast buffet was $12.99 each!! We payed fifty dollars for a meal that is literally leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I am sad to leave this review because Big Boy was my go to, as a younger man; it is not the same today.

The staff was great, it just took our waitress five times to split the bill correctly after we explained it several times. The food was good but there was a strand of hair in my burger. It wasn’t from the cook though……we won’t be coming back.

This place was awful! How do you run out of pasta and coleslaw? Everything we wanted they were out of. The waitress was ridiculously slow sat ourselves took her 5 minutes to bring menus then 10 minutes for our pepsi.
Tried to order they had nothing I asked after we were told the truck comes tomorrow I then asked her how old the fish was, her reply was a weak smile and a shrug. Needless to say we left. It was not busy I wonder why nothing to serve people. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I ordered a turkey club sandwich and when it came out IT WAS MISSING TURKEY ON 1/4 OF THE SANDWICH! When I brought it to my waitress’ attention she asked” Would you like a new one or a discount?” I just asked for a discount since I was on my lunch break. My bill was $11 and some change… The manager gave me .80 cents off… EIGHTY CENTS!!! I didn’t even get a full sandwich and she had the gull to think that was a fair adjustment. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Just because someone has the title “Manager,” doesn’t mean they know how to handle situations like one. Go back to being a waitress.

My family and I go to this Big Boy pretty often. The kids always love it and the food and waitresses are always really great! I personally like the burgers but the kids like the pancakes. My wife usually chooses the fresh stuff.

Keep in mind you are going to a Family Restaurant, not Fine Dining. So, with that being said, its what you expect for a burger, fries and a shake. Decent food, decent prices, decent service. If you want to eat somewhere with no children around, well then dont come here. My daughter (age 3) and I stopped here after work, she ate, I had a shake, and we were both happy.

My family and I go to this Big Boy somewhat often. Mostly because it’s right down the road from us, but also because it’s a great place to grab a meal for the family. The Kitchen Sink Burger is phenomenal! If you are able to eat two of them in a certain amount of time, they are comped and you get a t-shirt and a pic on the wall. I haven’t done it yet, but the burger is the bomb and I probably will try it soon.

We had about an hour so we thought Big Boys would be a quick and easy breakfast. After 45 minutes we finally got our food, although it was missing a few items. My husband asked for over medium eggs and received sunny side up. My corned beef hash was nothing more than large slices of corned mixed together with undercooked hash browns. Overall we had a horrible experience, probably the worst I’ve ever had at a Big Boys. Very disappointed.

I love big boys but not this one. Food was dull and over priced for the quality. Had an empty glass for almost my whole meal. Our waitress was busy talking to a friend for 20 mins. Many other guest s had complaints as well.

One of the worst resturants in the area. A change of ownership did nothing for this business. Menus are deceiving because they still say “combos”. The food isn”t very good either. The waitresses and cashiers seem to have an “I really don’t give a damn” attitude which was the worst part of our dining experience. Sometimes it’s better to just pay your bill and walk away. It’s also easy to understand why this location has lost so many customers. I will never visit this establishment again
