I always traveled to the Columbus location because they made my coffee just the way I asked. They don’t anymore and it’s disappointing. I know it gets busy but the paying person should still get what they’re asking for. I started doing mobile orders for drive through pickup. I ordered large coffee just the way I like it. I get to the window and the girl is holding a smaller cup. I had to repeat i ordered a large. They put the coffee from the smaller into the large like i didnt see it. I knew they would mess up from there and they sure did. Got a large cup of nasty!!! I will go to another location so I can feel happy again. I love the coffee but I can’t stand bad customer service or not being listened to.

Today was the day…I’ve been going to this Dunkin everyday for last 2 years..don’t really drink Dunkin my wife does…she drink the same cocoa mocha latte the signature drink… an they making it wrong almost every time…I let them remake it …sometimes it’s ok sometimes all the way wrong.. today they brought me a green drink…I let them know..thats not what I ordered.. they remake the drink…for it to taste like cream chocolate milk .. this is how they make it..when I ask for it to be remade on the regular…so I ask for my money back today first time in 2 yr..now everyone is concerned about the drink and what’s wrong and why it taste wrong… manager I see all the time… Because her boss is there today now she doesn’t know me or know I get my drink remade a lot of times..I will be making coffee at home for the wife now…Can’t run on Dunkin with the wrong Dunkin in your cup..No more money for Dunkin

I’m an early bird so I use the app for all my orders. When I pull up to this location they are always on point, sometimes they do have a line but it doesn’t take to long and if you order ahead it’s a lot more quicker. The ladies in their are always on point kuddos to them.

The quality of the drinks at this location has noticeably declined. I always order the same, very basic iced coffee, but lately it’s been a gamble every time. Sometimes it’s weirdly thick, sometimes it barely has any ice, and other times it tastes like straight syrup. Isn’t there supposed to be a standard recipe for menu drinks? Consistency really needs to be improved here.

I went to Dunkin Donuts in East Chicago on Columbus Ave for two different days in the same week. They had no coffee rolls or glaze donuts, what donuts shop DON’T HAVE DONUTS. I was not a satisfied customer. This is not a good Dunkin Donuts.

This dunkin is close to me and more convenient but I refuse to go to this one anymore and will not. I know drive to the next town over on my way to work to get my dunkin. My last straw was in ordering my regular coffee with mocha. It was handed to me and as it was handed to me I could tell it didmt look right. I produced to let the girl she takes the coffee and im guessing the manager comes back and says that just how the Carmel looks hands me back the coffee. Before I could even say anything she walks away. 1. I didn’t order Carmel in my coffee and 2 and most importantly im ALLERGIC to Carmel. Since she walked away I just drove off and ended up throwing out the coffee and stopping and the now only dunkin I will be stopping on my way to and having to pay for another coffee.

Horrible experience, so I never really come to Dunkin’ Donuts in east Chicago harbor area but what do ya know, I get the 24 ounce coffee when I ordered a largeeee. Of course I didn’t realize it and thought it was a large until my buddy said that wasn’t a large cause he got a large drink himself and of course the size difference is huge compared to the medium. I paid for the large, so I feel very ripped off right now and it’s not a good feeling because it’s such basic stuff to do at Dunkin, which is pour coffee like really????? If anyone reads this, stay away from any east Chicago restaurant, Burger King got my order completely wrong too, it’s simple things but yet again they want to get paid the big bucks hahahahahaa good luck with that losers
