Some very authentic Vietnamese food but with a twist as well in Madrid is so hard to find but this place perfects that. I love that they play Vietnamese music and the ambience is super relaxing. I am vietnamese so am very picky with Viet food but this place did not disappoint at all! We started off with the egg rolls, spring rolls and buns and the buns were 100%. Super soft, flavorful but not overwhelming. The egg rolls had a nice crisp and the spring rolls were fresh. We also got this amazing curry and to top it off got Vietnamese dessert which wasn’t too sweet and refreshing 🙂

The bao bun cha (white bao stuffed with meat from Secreto Iberia) was some of the best bao we’ve ever had, it was amazing. We also had for an appetizer their ha cao gyoza (pork and chive gyoza with sweet soy sauce). For our entrees, we had the pho xao (wok rice noodles with beef and vegetables accompanied with tamari and sweet soy sauce), which was also probably the best pho we’ve ever had. As well as the pork curry (sautéed pork with mushroom, lime leaf, accompanied by jasmine rice), which I thought was amazing until I had my wife’s pho, which blew my mind. For dessert, he had the mango lassi (yogurt with fresh mango sauce), egg flan, and chocolate lava cake. The first two desserts were good until we experienced how amazing the chocolate lava cake. Wow, please please please save room for it! If you had to, I’d say order the bao, beef pho, and chocolate lava cake!

This is the first place we’ll visit should we ever swing by Madrid again!

Note: Our waitress was kind enough to bring us some Vietnamese coffee! It was personally a little two sweet for us, but we do like black coffee. If you like sweet coffee however, we would recommend it!

The Ga Cao was good! A bit sweet but enjoyed it nonetheless!

The worst vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to, while being the most expensive one. The service is ok, but the food!?? Can’t believe it, everything tastes watered down. Also can’t believe the reviews here? It doesn’t look bad on the photos I know, but the taste is a joke.

I love Vietnamese food, but the food we ate at Distrito Vietnamita was mediocre, not the fine, tasty, savoury food I was expecting, and expensive! Plus it was cold in the restaurant. Disappointing.

Really enjoyed spring rolls and bun cho here. Accommodated a request to make spring rolls without gambas. Meat was flavorful in bun , lacking some veggies that typically come with it, like basil but nice portion of cilantro and mango!

Delicious food with great portion. I ordered bun cha and the meat was very tender. The dessert completed my meal, not too sweet and very refreshing

Amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a great neighbourhood close to the Atocha train station. We shared a number of different dishes and everything was delicious with great recommendations from our waiter. We will definitely return soon. Thanks to all the team

All the food I ordered were really nice. It was worth what I paid for.
There was another waitress before which was really rude and behaviour was unprofessional, for which I had given a bad review. But I update my review as this time I was attended properly my another waiter. Even though he seemed a bit distracted with his phone, he did properly everything that had to be done.
I will come back, as the food was the best of the vietnamese I have tried in Madrid.
