Made an order at 11:07 for pickup, got there at 11:22. Two minutes past my pickup time proceeded to get my food at 11:48, I was addressed only once while waiting. Not sure how an online order can be almost 30min late, and have terrible service. I like the food here but will not be coming back. Employee was also rude to me when I mentioned the food was nearly 30 minutes late, Poorly run establishment.

BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH I’VE EVER HAD!
Yes, this is sincerely the BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and am so glad I stopped in. We got the Farmhouse which is egg, ham, bacon and garden cream cheese on a hash brown bagel. O. M. G. So delicious, just amazing.
We also go French Vanilla coffee (I got hot, my partner got cold brew) and it was nice and rich, super flavorful coffee.
Overall just a delightful breakfast, really felt like a luxury meal and for the both of us the total was ~$20.

Greece Latta Road Ordered bakers dozen and paid premium for Rosemary Olive. 3 out of 4 were overcooked and a weird bottom texture. Also 2 Cinnamon Raisin 1 overcooked and other had a weird bottom. This is not the first time I was dissatisfied and now will buy from Wegmans. At least I can pick out a good bagel.
Thursday 2/20/2025 After contacting Corporate Guest services They told me they would contact Latta road store about the poor product bagels and they reimbursed my money. Thank you, Guest Services. I still am not sure about purchasing Baker’s dozen going forward as I do not want to be the Bagel police.

We have gotten breakfast sandwiches from here once a week for like a year or more, but unfortunately I think we’re going to have to go somewhere else now. Multiple times the eggs have had so much pepper they are inedible for our kids, and really not enjoyable even for the adults who don’t mind pepper. My husband asked last week if they could do no pepper, and they said no. This much pepper is not acceptable. If we weren’t on a tight morning schedule getting to school and work I would have taken them back and demanded a refund. Now we are cooking eggs at home to put on our kids’ sandwiches, which completely defeats the purpose of getting take out breakfast Sammie’s…and they are not cheap!!

I look forward to my Monday trip to Latta Rd. Bruegger’s each week. I feel very important as they greet me by name when I come in the door. The flavor options of bagels is vast, and rarely are they out of a flavor I want. Friendly staff. Bright and cheery atmosphere.

I would have given them a 4 if I was reviewing bread. What I got was not a bagel. That bread was never boiled. So the texture was all wrong. But the cream cheese was very good. And two of the girls behind the counter were busy talking about their personal lives, while the line of people got longer. Eventually another woman came out. She was clearly annoyed at the two girls not in a hurry to take care of the customers.

We ordered to go, 3 breakfast sandwiches. When we got them home two of them had the wrong bagel. One of them was missing the spread and all of them literally had one piece of bacon they broke in half. When you are paying 8 dollars for a breakfast sandwich that is unacceptable quality. Not to mention there is nowhere to file a complaint directly with the store and when I call no one answers. Do better Brugers!
