I had a great feeling about this place! This is the best Williams Chicken I’ve visited in my 23 years of visiting their restaurants. The owner must be so proud! If the service wasn’t good, I wouldn’t hesitate to say so, but this location is truly special! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such cheerful energy! The staff took my order with big smiles, and both Pepe and Destiny were absolutely fantastic. You guys are awesome! I really enjoyed my meal and overall visit. I can’t wait to come back for another round!

Customer service is top tier as always. The restaurant is very pristine inside and out. Yet this is the blandest chicken I’ve ever tasted. I ordered some greens and they were just as bland as the chicken. Moreover this would be the perfect place for someone to eat who have to watch there salt intake because there is next to none. The customer service was good but they have to put some type of seasoning on those fries and the livers I bought. Then the white gravy was cold and the livers were over cooked. On the other hand the restaurant was very clean.

I purchased Chicken on a Saturday after 11:00 pm and when I got home the chicken was overcooked and very hard so I returned back to the store for a refund but I was told why I didn’t called back that night it was after Midnight when I got home so I waited until the next day I was told that they was still open and I could have let them know when I got home , I assume they were closed so I went back the next day and he said that he was the manager that was the first time I ever saw him and I was told that they will not refund me no kind of way I was very disappointed so you can keep my money and that bad ass chicken and I hope your business closes down from doing customers wrong I don’t recommend this location and also I do speak Spanish don’t let my color fool you I heard what you said, this is the the Duncanville location
