By far one of the worst Fast Food Experiences in my life. Food was in a bag on the counter waiting when I arrived. No one wanted to help me, nor did they say hello or greet me. When they finally realized they never made the drink associated with my order, they made the wrong drink. I obviously waited while they started over and the made the correct drink. While I was leaving, I decided to open the order to test the temperature of my breakfast sandwiches, and it was obvious they were never warm to begin with. When I arrived home 5 min later, the bagel and the crossiant were horribly stale. The kind of stale that should be immediately obvious not to use. The egg, bacon, and sausage….I am not sure they were ever heated up at all. No exaggeration. Disrespectfuly outrageous service and quality ! ! It really doesn’t get much worse than this experience…such a disappointment to the community. It would be much more palatable if this wasn’t what I have come to expect at US Tim Hortons and this location especially. Shame on me, I guess

We ordered peppermint mochas the staff made one a hot chocolate after being told no we don’t want that, and they said they couldn’t make it iced. They didn’t give us our doughnuts. The iced coffee they ended up making was garbage. It took 15 minutes for us to get what we didn’t order.

It shows that they close at 8:00 p.m. but it’s false, at this specific location they like to lock up their doors for the lobby at 7:00 p.m. I called and asked if they could unlock the door, the girl working there she said she can’t. if you want to lock up the doors at 7:00 p.m. make it clear to your customers on Google map.

Worst Tim Horton experience ever. Large coffee spilled all over the inside and outside of my car. The minute I grabed it and moved it toward my window it started spilling. The lid clearly was lot on. The employee said I squeezed it. I buy Tim Horton’s coffee almost every day. It has never happened before and I certainly did not squeeze it improperly. Skip this Tim Horton’s.

Where should I start? The food, Service or atmosphere? The food is never what you ask for, the service is terrible, employees are rude, and the restaurant is always cold in the winter and uninviting… STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!
