Very good Chinese food. Our order was perfect! We even got crab rangoon thrown in per the lady at the counter because we ordered over a certain amount. Best crab rangoon I’ve ever had!! Food was ready at pick up and just came out so it wasn’t sitting getting cold. Fast service and decently priced. Will definitely be my go to Chinese takeout spot.

I’ve been coming here for more than a decade it has gone downhill so much since the pandemic especially. But last night was by far the worst experience I have ever had with them. I had ordered food for three people, it was Bland flavorless and not great. I wanted to take food back in for a refund. They told me no refund but they would remake the food. When I showed up I proceeded to be scolded amd lectured by the male owner like I was an eight year old child. He told me if I don’t like it go somewhere else, and he’s only remaking this food because it’s the holiday any other time he wouldn’t do it. He was very rude and condescending. It’s not a way to treat your customers, especially ones that have been coming this long. I’ve never really had an issue until yesterday out of years of going there. I apologized to him several times because of how badly I felt bringing the food back. But he was just angry and salty towards me. I’m not sure what’s up with that maybe he made the food and was insulted? I have no clue but he told me to go elsewhere, and that’s what I’m going to do. I’m going to do, find a new place, because I don’t deserve to be treated that way just because food was bad. I didn’t even mention that the egg rolls were literally drenched and oil when I pulled them out of the bag there’s a puddle of oil in the bag I had to bring it out with paper towel. The crab rangoon was amazing, egg rolls not good, no flavor, dry as heck. The dishes flavorless, bland. The seafood lo mein smells like it’s a week old, fishy and raunchy. And not that I ordered General Tso this time around, any other time that I do I ask for extra spicy, and they never listen. They’ve never listened the entire time I’ve been going there. It’s like the spice level for a 6-year-old.
And Buddy if you’re reading this the last thing you want to do is tell your customers to find somewhere new to go after years of them coming only to your restaurant. I won’t be back , and obviously I’m not going to recommend New China to anyone I know anymore . You need to fix your restaurant, up the quality, and get a better cook or you’re just going to sink further.
I really really wanted to say what I had to say to you yesterday, but it’s not wise to be rude to people who are making your food. Otherwise it would have gotten nasty. I typically don’t take disrespect from people the way I did from you. I didn’t even want food remade I wanted a refund and I brought you the food that was barely touched minus the egg rolls and crab rangoon. I didn’t expect to be refunded for that because it was eaten.
How can you not do a refund that makes the zero sense. But then you offer to remake the food? Oh right because your price gouging everyone. Got it. You told me to find somewhere else, I am, I’m done. Good riddance.

I’ve been a loyal customer here, but after today, I won’t be returning.
I ordered General Tso’s chicken and the food was extremely greasy and hard. It made me feel physically sick, so I came back calmly to exchange it for something lighter. I wasn’t angry or disrespectful I simply explained that the food didn’t sit right with me.
Instead of showing understanding, the man at the counter got defensive and argumentative, telling me, “Don’t come here complaining about our food again.” He also said I “don’t get to choose” what I want after returning food as if I didn’t just pay my money like everyone else.
Just because other people don’t speak up doesn’t mean my experience isn’t valid. Everyone’s body reacts differently and I should be able to say something without being dismissed or disrespected.
I refuse to support any place that treats customers like an inconvenience. This is the last time I’ll be spending my money here.

Ordered here twice now, and I don’t think that they understand what spicy means. First time I ordered spicy. Not spicy at all. Really sweet in fact. Second time I order extra extra spicy. Still not spicy at all. The rice was good. If you don’t do spicy food, this is the place for you.

Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right. You can tell they care about their food. Definitely my new go to spot when I’m craving good Chinese food!

I confess I’ve been hesitant to try this place because it looks so rough on the outside. My employer asked us to all order door dash lunch for a team event and I decided to finally try it. Ordering was easy to customize – they asked how spicy I wanted which is very nice. Really fast and really tasty and fresh. I would really encourage them to update their look, even in small ways because the food is awesome!

I was really craving Chinese for over a week, by the time I could order it after work it was a night my local place happened to be closed. I ordered from New China online (great perk in my eyes!) By the time I got there, my food was ready to go and absolutely delicious! The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and efficient. I didn’t dine-in, so I’m not sure if that’s a possibility.

Mongolian beef was overcooked…..very bland. Vegetables were not cooked enough. Rice was dirty looking from tongs having char on them. It was ok tho(I ate it all). Nice staff.
