Pretty disappointed in the quality. I usually go to the Rojas/Eastlake location and have always had a great experience. Figured each store followed the same practices when making pizza but I’ve never had one that looked this off. Half of the pizza was soaked in sauce with little to no cheese and other half had little to no sauce with a thick layer of cheese and toppings. Breadsticks were alright. I’ll stick to the other location.

Unfortunately I tried giving it one more chance to this location. There is so much inconsistencies of how their pizza dough is coming out! It is so raw and doughy in the middle. So chewy! It’s not the first time that this has happened to me. I hope it can be improve in the future.

Delicious pizza and a great experience overall! The food was fresh and tasty, and April the cashier was especially polite and friendly. Her positive attitude made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered well-done, got doughy instead.
Not sure what happened here, but this pizza was nowhere near well-done. Undercooked crust, cheese barely melted, and overall just sloppy. If I wanted raw dough with sauce and pepperoni, I could’ve made this at home. Really disappointing.

They have a tasty and affordable lunch buffet – $8.49. I just wish there was more variety – at one point there were 3 pepperoni and pineapple pizzas on the buffet. They currently have a gift card where you get a bonus card after buying a gift card of a certain value. Employees are friendly and clean up dirty plates. Their cinnamon roll pizza, cheesy bread and garlic bread sticks are good.

So disappointed we ordered from their website got it delivered Pizza crust was still raw picked up the slice to serve yourself and everything slides off! Please see pics. And to top it off the delivery person also complained and said no management only “kids”. When I called to complain about my order no one answers. Hopefully they see this post and can offer a refund since we can’t get help over the phone.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the service I received at the Horizon City Peter Piper Pizza. I placed an order online through the official Peter Piper Pizza website, and although my card was charged, the store apparently never received the order. When I contacted the location, the manager was extremely unhelpful and dismissed my concerns.
Instead of assisting me with the issue, he repeatedly told me to “take it up with DoorDash,” despite the fact that my order was not placed through DoorDash, nor was I charged by them. My payment was processed directly by Peter Piper Pizza. When I tried to explain this, the manager continued to hand off responsibility and made it clear he had no interest in helping resolve the situation. His attitude came across as careless and dismissive, especially considering I had already been waiting over an hour for an order that never arrived.
This experience was unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed so that other customers do not have to deal with the same lack of professionalism and customer care.

I usually don’t order pizza from here but decided to order online yesterday for Halloween. It took almost two hours. It was to be expected. Ordered XL pizza/ half hawaiian , the other half pepperoni, sausage, jalapeños. Got home-all the ingredients were literally thrown on there, NO EFFORT at all to make it how I ordered. Italian spice dumped specially on 1 slice. Cut horrendously. It was undercooked soggy cold. My fault, I should have checked it before leaving ppp. Came back next day as I didn’t want to return for a refund and wait yet again. Spoke to Ish Esparza the manager. I was hoping at the very least for an apology, some customer service empathy. What I got from him was rudeness, no apology and asked why I didn’t bring the pizza back last night. He treated me as if I was there to scam them out of $26. The audacity, adding more insult to the whole situation. I work hard for my money and will never spend a dime where it’s not Valued, along with my time. Over priced to begin with for mediocre service and food. He needs training in customer service this guy has no business being a manager of anything related customer service.

This place has got my order wrong every time I have ordered there. On top of that when I bring it to the staff attention, their attitude is terrible about it and they seem annoyed that I’m complaining that my order which I’m paying for is wrong.
