When I say they have a good happy hour, they do!! $11.99 pitchers of margaritas, and beer specials. The margaritas are really good. We always get the jalapeño ones for a little kick. Their bean dip is delish! They have good lunch specials. Try them out! Eat, drink and be awesome.

I placed a DoorDash order to receive food for dinner earlier. I finally went to sit and eat my food a couple of hours later and opened my food and saw a big glob of what I thought was sauce on my enchilada. I moved it with my utensils and it was a BUG! It looks to be a wasp. I called the restaurant and the young man who answered didn’t care and said he look into. The restaurant was about to close in an hour. There wasn’t much that was going to be done. I expressed how I would never eat here again and he just mumbled “mm hmm.” As someone who ate here at least three or four times a month, I am appalled that I found a bug and the company does not care about it. Never again!

Ive been going to NLR location since it opened about 25 years now. Over the years the quality of the food & of the staff/service has declined while the prices go up. I have stayed loyal to restaurant. I have eat there fairly regular but have chosen take out more lately. 3 out of my last 10 orders have been incomplete or completely wrong. I hate to complain & have only called twice. My last order had stale chips, watery salsa & a dish half made. When I called to complain I was told they make their food the same every time. Obviously my opinion iwassn’t important enough to keep my business. There,s numerous other Mexican food opportunities who will be glad to take my money

Nothing spectacular. Normal Mexican restaurant. The Fajitas came out sizzling like they should. Their chips are thick and crunchy. The salsa is mild heat. The staff was friendly but not overbearing. It has always been a staple restaurant here in Arkansas. They have consistent food throughout their locations. Great place to go have some drinks with friends. Take some buddies out and have a good time.

Why is an $18 dollar burrito thrown together so bad I can barely eat it? Inside the burrito was hard peppers not sautéed as advertised huge chunks of tomato like why do lazy can’t even dice tomatoes?? Rice and beans inside were slipped only on one side of the burrito and barely any cheese sauce what a let down and disappointing experience. I bit something hard inside the burrito too don’t know what it was Please do better or charge Taco Bell prices because Taco Bell is better than that!

Stopped in for a quick bite after Christmas shopping and we got some pretty good margaritas . The salsa was ideal with warm chips and cheese dip that was really flavorful. We ordered the birra tacos with a side of rice and beans to share because they were truly shareable for two. The tacos however lacked the flavor I expected from an authentic place of their caliber. The consume was also lacking that pop of flavor I expected but it had plenty of fresh cilantro. Our waiter was amazing and he took real good care of us. The sides were amazing and gave me hope that on my next visit the next dish will be something .

We joined a large group of 20+ people to celebrate two birthdays. We were able to all be together in a room in the back. The staff was friendly, they refilled drinks and chips regularly, they sang happy birthday, and we didn’t wait very long for our food.
The two negatives I would say are that they didn’t know who ordered what dish, so it was very hard to figure out who had what when the food came out. Also, dirty plates stayed on the table for the whole time we were there, so it made it tough to do cake/gifts/cards/etc.
Overall, everything went very well. If you have a large get-together, I’d recommend Las Palmas.

This place cannot compete with senior tequila. The vegetables weren’t grilled. They tasted like they boiled them and put no seasoning on them. The cheese dip has no seasoning either. And to put the cherry on top the prices are way to high for the quality of the food.

The enchilada, well, let’s just say I’ve had better. The tortilla was a little hard, and the cheese wasn’t really melted. Other than that, good. I recommend the Xango (deep fried cheesecake).
