Square One Pizzeria is a locally owned and operated business serving the best Sicilian-style pizza this side of Italy. Each pie is meticulously prepared by hand with nothing but fresh, premium ingredients.
Our thick crusts are crunchy, porous and delicious throughout – the perfect compliment to the abundance of cheese, toppings and sauce.

Square One is one of better local pizzerias around. If you couldn’t tell by the name, square pizzas are its specialty. Breads, salads, subs, and wings are on the menu, as well.
The cheese bread is a nice compliment to your pizza of choice. What makes the bread more enjoyable though are the housemade ranches. The options are classic or “raging.” The raging ranch definitely has a kick, but it’s tolerable.
As for the pizza, I have 2 favorites, the chicken coop and mama’s meatball pizza. The meatball pizza’s generous amount of meatballs and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top make it reminiscent of a homemade pasta dinner. BBQ chicken pizzas typically feature shredded chicken. What I like about the chicken coop, is that it features bite-sized pieces of fried chicken instead. Regardless of which pizza you order, I recommend the “all corner” option.
Any time I can support an independently owned business, like Square One, over a franchise, I will. The food I’ve had has been exceptional, and is also competitively priced.

ordered once, showed up cold. we live a mile away. owner reached out and replaced it, the replacement was good. we love the fried ravioli.
ordered again today. one pizza was fine, the other was a floppy soggy mess with sauce all over the box. I ordered traditional wings and got boneless. ☹️
we so badly want to love it because it’s right around the corner. but 2/3 times we’ve been disappointed, especially for the cost. bummer.

I spent 120 dollars and tried almost everything. It looked busy as I was sitting next door so I thought it was going to be good. I hope the pizza was good since that was the only thing I didn’t get. I never seen a place put lettuce in the oven to make the lettuce brown and nasty. The meat on the subs is so thin you can’t even taste it. I bought a large sales and there was 4 slices of tomatoes that was literally paper thin along with the onions and 3 chopped olives on a large. The wings tasted good but cartilage chewy. I’m so made that i spent that much on bad food. Oh.. even the bread was horrible. The 4.5 star on this place has to be a lie.

Ordered a delivery….the pizza is completely mangled….almost o n it’s side. Not even sure how that’s possible. Also Ordered ranch and got pizza sauce….that’s not a big deal. But the pizza almost being folded in half kinda sucked…also ordered from here all the time, pizza is really frickin good, but last 2 times I ordered. Been subpar, dominos delivered better pizzas. For the price, anyone would expect better. Get it together people

Generally makes a good pizza, and their bread is great. The last few months they’ve become very inconsistent with quality. One time the pizza will be well-balanced and delicious, the next time it’s swimming in grease, with way too much sauce, and falling apart. This has been the case several times. I wish a had taken photos to show the comparison but our 1/28 order was straight up gross.

I really, REALLY wanted to like it, so please know I’m not trying to be mean. I’ll start with the positives. I thought the crust was good. Not too dense, light, and crisp. I live very close by, but my pizza was basically lukewarm when it arrived. I reheated it in my oven to give it a fair shake. The sauce tastes very much like plain tomato paste. Very tangy, almost sour. No herbs, just tomato. I did one half with regular pepperoni, and the other side with old school pepperoni. From what I could tell it looks like regular was on both sides ( it’s my first time trying this place, I wanted to compare). Even after re-heating there wasn’t much cheese pull, or cheese. I ordered the small. I was expecting 4 regular sized slices. As that’s normally what I would receive at other places for a pizza of this size. They cut their’s into 6 small slices. Two slices together would create a regular size single slice. So, I’m not sure why they opted for that method. I also asked for “square one crust,” I’m assuming that’s their version of turbo crust. There wasn’t much of anything on it. Idk, maybe it was off day for them? I just thought it was okay. It didn’t have much flavor. I was hoping I’d like it because I enjoy supporting local businesses

Just moved on this side of town, thought I was in a pizza desert until I found Square One. I would fit it above Jet’s, just below Buddy’s, but only if they cook it properly.
Crust was super crispy, sauce was fantastic. They are definitely in the rotation now.

I thought the service was very good, fast, and friendly.
I was also very impressed with a cleanliness of this restaurant. That is very important to me. I would give them six stars for cleanliness ******.
The cheese was perfectly melted/gooey/stretchy and the crust was very good. For my taste, however, I thought that both the sauce and pepperoni were a little bland. Maybe you are somebody that doesn’t like a lot of spice or strong flavor. Maybe you have kids that prefer a sauce that is not so “spicy.” This may well be your/their favorite pizza.
We are very fortunate to have a number of very good pizza places in this area, and I would order from here again, as Square One is a solid choice for a good pizza. It’s just not my personal favorite.

I love Detroit style pizza and heard good things about Square One Pizza.
It was above average, and cost a little more then most.

I asked if they supported Military veterans with a discount and they said No, but that I could sign up on Facebook and get a coupon.
I signed up for my Country, and have no desire to sign up on Facebook for a coupon. Oh well. Pizza was good, and I would recommend it.
