Came to their soft opening to try their sushi fajita and we enjoyed it so much! It is such a fun concept and comes with so many sides! There is so much joy in eating it that way! Atmosphere and service were great. They were so many options other than fajita so I can’t wait to come back and try more! Definitely go check them out!

We got the seafood lovers with salmon ($17), and loved it. We like to munch on a variety of little things instead just eating one large thing, so it was perfect for us. Fried sushi ($7 during opening special) was crunchy and tasty!
Decor was nice. Very clean. Service was counter sevice, but was friendly and quick.
Nice to have something new in town! Worth a visit!

Screw normalized sushi. This place has it figured out. We’ve been all over the world and I think this maybe one of the coolest fusion ideas yet. Just think your own personalized Sushi taco bar. Ok I’m done talking up the idea let’s talk quality. For being in mid Missouri the Sashimi quality was fantastic! The house made sauces is definitely where it’s at too. They have a ginger sauce that is absolutely to die for.
Bottom line if it’s your first time order a little bit of everything if you have more than two people.
We highly recommend the Sashimi Fajitas, Chimichangas Bulgogi and if you’ve never had a Korean corn dog GET ONE.
Sushi Fajita just opened in COMO, let’s not loose this place. Make them famous!!!

Sushi Fajita was an amazing place! The food was excellent, the menu had a great variety, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
It was my first time trying Sushi Fajita, and I was honestly impressed by how generous the portions were and how delicious everything tasted.
I loved being able to enjoy healthy vegetables along with so many different dishes.
Even the tempura served alongside it was a work of art
The sushi rolls were especially great—there were lots of unique and special rolls that I haven’t seen at other sushi places.
This place has definitely become one of my favorite spots!!

The food was SO good. The fajita alone is big enough for two people, but if you’re looking for some things to share, the veggie gyoza are my literal favorite. I will be dreaming of them for days. The chimichanga rolls are also delicious and I left full and so happy. Glad I got to stop in! I highly recommend visiting and throwing yourself a feast– price and food are amazing and worth it.

Wonderful addition to downtown! Food was fresh and delicious! Wide selection of fresh fish and options for vegetarian patrons. Great overall experience – fun way to enjoy your favorite flavors in sort of a Temaki sushi style. Restaurant was clean, prices are fair, atmosphere was very enjoyable (even as a family with a toddler and infant)!
Ordered the beef bulgogi and shrimp tempura chimichangas, and beef bulgogi fajita – BONUS toddler enjoyed everything as well! (Not a great pic but presentation was also spot on.)
