Saturday October 11, 2025. Time was 2:31PM. One other family was in the restaurant. Ordered a large pizza, double bacon smash cheeseburger, cheese curds. Carry out. Food took 45 minutes. Thats okay, that doesn’t add to review. Cheese curds were really good. Pizza crust tasted like it was from a frozen pizza, and even though the toppings were plentiful and seemed great, the crust just destroyed the taste. The double bacon cheese burger was bad. Clearly from the photos there was no cheese at all. Its difficult to say there was even bacon. It was bacon bits, probably what comes from a bag in the grocery store, and there was maybe a pinch of them on there. The bun tasted like it was grilled on top of ten day old burnt food. I wouldnt recommend going to this place.

They had ran out of ranch dressing. Decent salad but only dressings offered were french or Italian. They offer fries or chips with sandwiches and had no chips. I ordered a pizza with no black olives and they put them on. The breaded chicken in the salad was VERY crispy/hard. The boy behind the counter didn’t offer to be helpful, as in we seated ourselves, got our own menus, and sat and waited for someone to take our order. After about 5 minutes I asked if someone was going to take our order and he said, you can just come up here, not offering that information while seeing us look around for wait staff. The lady sweeping the floor was very helpful. As we entered the restaurant, I asked the people leaving how it was. He said, the food was ….ok, but service was slow/lacking. I would have expected being just down the street from Holiday World, they would be better stocked and prepared for their busy season. I doubt we ever go back.

We’ll start with the food. I got a double cheeseburger and my daughter got a pizza. 10/10! I mean, it’s hard to mess up a cheeseburger, but it’s HARDER to make one stand out, and theirs did. I don’t know what’s different, but something about the cheese to meat ratio was just magical. Now, onto the service. These employees were the nicest people! I’ve had good service before, but I just LOVE how kind they were to me and my daughter. We played a game and the toy never dropped, so I told them and they have me a refund (pretty standard and totally expected), BUT when we went back to the game and noticed “oops, the toy did drop, it was just delayed”, we went to give the refund back and they wouldn’t accept it! They even advised us to play the duck claw machine since it’s a winner everytime. Giving the refund to begin with was the right thing to do and was expected, but not accepting it back when I realized I was wrong, stands out. My daughter was also obviously super excited since we’d told her only one game, so that left an impact on her.
I can’t day a single bad thing about this place. 10/10 would recommend!!

Glad we didn’t let the bad reviews scare us off. We got a couple personal sized pizzas and a smash burger with fries. All the food was fantastic, the staff was pleasant and overall attentive. The interior resembles a diner, there’s some arcade games, the decorations are very Christmasy and they’ve got a touch tunes for music, as well as large TVs showing different stations, good if you have different tastes among your party, as one TV was playing Nickelodeon, one was playing drama TV, and one was playing gameshows. I hope you give this place a chance and appreciate it

My family and I visited Holiday World and decided to try Fat Santa’s for dinner. 10/10 would recommend. The pizza had a perfect crispy thin crust and the salad was perfect from the crisp lettuce to the dressing. My very picky middle child asked to go there again for dinner tomorrow.

Cute little place for a new, fun dining experience. Staff was very friendly, and there’s a little arcade area to occupy yourself while you wait for the food, complete with Skeeball and Ms PacMan. We each ordered our own little pizza to share – The Surfin Santa and BBQ Chicken were our faves. The side salad was huge, and perfect for anyone who likes the salad basics. Glad we stopped in on our road trip!

We ordered four drinks a 12” Santa Supreme pizza a 12” Stromboli Pizza, 6 piece breadsticks and for the boys a bacon smash cheeseburger and a double smash cheeseburger. The boys ate their burgers but did complain they were not that great. The pizzas were subpar at best. There was no flavor with any of the toppings and was definitely not worth the $81.18 we paid. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone I know. I will also add that the staff is rather lazy.

This review is for Fat Santa’s Pizza & More under the new ownership. Like many others, I had sworn I would never go back after my past experiences with the previous owners — it was honestly awful, and I couldn’t find a nice thing to say about it back then. That has completely changed. I can’t say enough good things now, and the new ownership clearly figured it out and deserves the recognition.
I placed an online order and paid online, which was simple and easy. I built my own pizza and added several customizations, like heavy sauce and a couple others. I also ordered two different Strombolis — a chicken parm Stromboli and a regular Stromboli — and customized both of those as well with things like heavy mushrooms, light peppers, and extra sauce…etc. partly to see if I’d actually get what I ordered.
To my pleasant surprise, everything was done exactly right. They are definitely not stingy with the toppings. The pizza and sandwiches were ready right on time, the customizations were perfect, and everything was hot and delicious — which is a huge turnaround from before, when the food was almost inedible.
I can’t really speak to the atmosphere since I only went in to pick up the order, but I was greeted by a friendly staff member, and the pickup experience was smooth. Honestly, I can’t say anything bad at all. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were great, and EVERYTHING was fantastic, not good…great.
The only tiny caveat — and this is purely personal preference — is that I usually prefer a thicker crust pizza. Their style is thin crust, but for me to say a thin-crust pizza was delicious really says something… and it absolutely was.
If anyone has been hesitant to go back, I highly recommend giving Fat Santa’s another try. It really feels like they’ve turned things around, and it’s nice to have them here in Santa Claus. Good job new owners.

Our experience was disappointing. The pizza lacked flavor and the wait time was longer than it should have been. Not a fan of the pizza crust at all. We visited on a Friday during Christmas and only saw two employees. Ordered two appetizers and only one came out. Had to ask for the second one. Chips were not served with the kids meal and asked 3 times for those. With this said we did enjoy the garlic cheese bread and cheese curds.

Yuck!! I would leave 0 stars if I could! This was our first and last time at this establishment. Most bland pizza I’ve ever tried. Sauce has absolutely no flavor and neither does the crust, clearly generic ingredients. At least 100 flies in the building, and the staff (young kids) standing in the kitchen on their phones. When you pay prior to getting your food the tip option appears. I’m not sure why, there’s not a server in sight. None of us could even finish the first slice, never again!
