I do not usually post reviews but i feel like my experience here needs to be shared.
Me and my partner went here last night and yes it may have been busy but there is no excuse to treat your customers in such a way.
We were seated and we had to wait 20 minutes just to order popadoms and drinks. We ordered a bottle of red wine and popadoms after patiently waiting and having to ask twice. We saw that the waiter that was getting our drink was searching for the red wine in the fridge! We never recieved the wine as the waiter must have got distracted and we were basically forgotten.
We waited a further 25 minutes till we got fed up and wanted to leave. They charged us £15 for popadoms and chutneys we recieved half an hour late not to mention the wine we never recieved. We felt very ashamed walking out of the restaurant. If they cannot cope with us they should have not seated us as they wasted our time and we could have gone elsewhere. Very poor service definitley will not go back!
