i swear everytime we order dominos it shows up HOURS late. tonight i ordered a pizza around 5pm, and usually delivery for other pizza places is max 30 minutes.. tell me why its almost 8:30 pm and my pizza STILL ISNT HERE. and thats not all. around 7, an employee delivered me a pizza. there was supposed to be two boxes, so i asked: “hey, isnt there supposed to be another box?” and he said “hmm are you sure? check again.” like the box wasnt in my hands.. and then he walked off. when i got inside and opened up the box, instead of the pepperoni pizza i ordered, i got a cheese. i immediately called them and again they told me TO CHECK AGAIN if there is NO OTHER BOX like im some idiot. the employee on the other line told me i could either get a coupon (like im going to be spending any more money there) a free 4 topping pizza, or a new one, which i asked for a new one. like i mentioned earlier there is still no pizza. i feel bad for whoever orders pizza here.

Most of the employees are Biast against veterans asking for discount while this location offers it, employees arent properly trained on how to find the discount in the computer and put in manager numbers or they just dont want to and say they dont have any discount at all. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Always take forever to make. I put in a pickup order 25 minutes ago, the app said it would be done in 14 minutes. I just walked in almost a half hour later and they haven’t even put it in the oven. When I mentioned it to the guy working he said “yeah we’re busy”. We love dominos in LA, but like most things in SLO, the service is brutal here. Also we have to cut the pizzas ourselves when we get home, just lazy bad service.

I’m a loyal dominos customer because they deliver decent pizza. I ordered online for delivery and decided since I was already out and got to be driving by anyways that I would just rather pick it up. They were very accommodating. They get bonus points for being professional over the phone. Good job! Until I got into the store.. one of the girls making the pizzas had these long fake nails. Those things harbor bacteria… actually paying took forever. Seemed like the man working the register didn’t know what he was doing.

In the store with friendly sociable helpful Jeremiah manager, and good Patrick chef making one of my favs Philly Steak pizza that I shared with my pizza lover friend. He gave me a Dominoes gift card that still had $7+. It would be better to pick it up yourself as I do, than waiting for a late delivery.

I ordered 2 hours ago. It’s still going through the “quality check”. 2 hours? It takes 2+ hours to make and deliver pizza? This is super frustrating… I have hungry kids that have been waiting. I chose dominos because they are usually fast. I even called and they seemed annoyed and totally unapologetic. I understand being busy but a phone call to let me know it’s gonna be an extra wait would have been nice. Or not sounding like I’m an inconvenience when I call. I won’t be ordering here again.

Horrible experience with the San Luis Obispo store on Foot Hill Blvd. Delivery was 45 minutes late and customer service was awful. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected. One of the moms got through to the store and was told they couldn’t get a hold of the driver. Then the phone was set down on the counter and the person just walked away from the phone. When the pizzas finally arrived, the boxes were smashed, the pizza was not hot, and it was soggy. Definitely avoid this store. Save your money and your event!
