Service was fine, but food was awful. Got mac and cheese with chicken. Mac and cheese was gritty and grainy. Chicken was not real chicken breast; rather, pressed meat like chicken nuggets. Gross. Saw others leaving uneaten, full plates of food, too.

If you have an expense account, enjoy. Well prepared, and way above average quality and taste. But price is even higher than what you would expect at an airport. Highly recommend the turkey sandwich, but all our entrees were really good.

Absolutely a sad and completely unreasonable experience at this place. The lady working tonight 8-26 has a verry poor attitude and customer service. Came in with a coworker after a long day at work passing through and decided to stop at this hotel because it had a restaurant in it. After sitting down and ordering a drink and then drinking said drink (even though it tasted like completely garbage but I had a rough day so far. It right) I whent to order food and she said I needed to leave and go put on a shirt that wasn’t a cut off and wasn’t gona serve me food. After she gave me a $18 drink that tasted like crap she said she couldn’t serve my because of my sleeveless shirt. No where does it say this when 1. You book the hotel. Or 2. When you walk into this place to eat. So I took my money to McDonald’s where it is good since I’m apparently not good enough to eat here after a long day of work. Will be letting CLC know about the issue and recommend them to avoid this place. My coworker even left and followed me to McDonald’s due to her poor attitude.

This place need new manager/bartender… Staff is very disrespectful and felt unwelcoming even their system were not functioning. If that lady was the owner, then the Hotel have to replace ownership for the restaurant

Didn’t eat here because of the ridiculous prices but even the happy hour (complimentary drink and snack) wasn’t good. Soda was flat and chips were extremely stale.

Most facilities did not work, from the pool to gym to water fountain – out of service. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom smelled like weed. Beers at the bar were $12 and service was terrible. Worst of all they charge for parking in their own parking lot. Absolute racket. Would not recommend.

Pick up only for in room service. Prices are ridiculous for it being pick up only. Prices make sense for actual IN-ROOM service, but to go pick it up in the lobby from the fifth floor and being forced to tip? That needs to be fixed. It needs to say pickup only on the QR cards, while ordering in the app, and not just on the TV.

Also needs an ETA when ordering.
