I came here to try their pepperoni roll. The item they say they’re known for. I ordered to pick it up and when I got home which is about 30 minutes away I noticed they forgot to include it. No big deal. I called them up and spoke to the owner and she said they’ll make me another one and throw one in for free. This was fine. The next day I gave them a call and told them I’ll be there in 20 minutes and when I got there they tell me they forgot and sold the last ones for the day. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make it again. When it was done I noticed them only giving one. I thought they were throwing in another one because of the mistake they made. I didnt argue or say anything because theres no point. I didnt think the staff inside was very professional. If you make a mistake and need the customer to drive almost 30 minutes back to pick up something you messed up on and not offer anything in return is not good customer service. I wasted my time and gas just to pick up something I already paid for the day before.

I will never order from here again I ordered 2 mozarella and when I went to pick them up the bakery was closed so I came back the next day and the guy is telling me that I can not have the food I ordered and paid for because he doesn’t see the order maybe the hours on Google and when online orders are accepted should be changed

I had a really disappointing experience at this bakery. I specifically asked for a smaller-sized sujuk and even offered to pay extra, but the owner just refused to do it even though they had it available. The attitude was really rude, and I left feeling pretty frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

Wow! It was so good we went back twice during our short visit to Dearborn.
Margherita pizza – the sauce was delicious (could use more), cheesy was stringy but the best part has to be the thin crunchy crust. You can easily eat multiple slices.
Overall very pleased with pizza. Came out fresh and consistent both time we went.
They also have halal options!

To my surprise Roma Bakery is now serving New York Style Pizza from 2-9pm. I was so excited to learn that the owner operated multiple pizzerias in New York for years so it was the REAL DEAL!!! I was not disappointed and took a Margeretta pizza home for my family. You must try “The Roma”
