This was my husband and I’s first visit to this casino, and of course, our first time dining here too. The host was really friendly, and the servers were super nice and attentive. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge! I ended up taking some home. Overall, I’m definitely coming back to this restaurant since I just became a member of Valley View Casino today!

My husband and I have eaten here several times in the past. Our breakfast was okay. Everything was cooked how we ordered it, but the food just tasted okay. The sausage links had no flavor, and the bacon although well cooked wasn’t crisp. Pancakes were pretty good. Our eggs were cooked the way we ordered it, but didn’t taste like they were cooked in butter. They tasted oily too me. Hashbrowns were not crispy, and were under seasoned. I was also disappointed to see that they removed several breakfast menu items that I used to order, like the Eggs Benedict.

The Café is the place to be. If you are in the mood for breakfast, they have you covered with a selection of tasty breakfast choices. Cruising in for a quick lunch? They have you covered on that, too! If you are a foodie like myself, then you order more than you can eat, and take it home. Food was good but getting there only 10 minutes before they closed we got 1/2 tots and 1/2 fries cause they didn’t want to make more lesson learned come before 830. The clam chowder made me hurl… shame cause it was a promising thought.

What is not to like about this cafe? Great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Tjis time I ordered Steak and eggs and my server was Jon and it went well as usual but I am staying late so that I do not forget to write a review. I like Ribeye steak in their menue and it is nice that you can go specific on how you want it.

The service is HORRIBLE..we asked 3 people for ketchup and no one not even our waitress seemed to really care enough to bring it. Our server never came to check on us, the one time she did, is
when we asked for ketchup, never saw her again until we were completely done eating. I had to literally flag a busser down to get another glass of water. Never experienced such slow, inattentive service, even management seemed off.

Put our name, waited the 2 hours to get seated. When we finally got in and seated we waited another 30 minutes, after we got our drinks ordered nobody came by to check on us or help us, in fact the few times someone came remotely close to help us they were intersected by another patron who was already eating and at least had service. Terrible experience not sure this is ever going to be worth the wait. Sad since we were really looking forward to finally getting to eat here.

The food here is always EXCELLENT! Service can sometimes seem slow, probably because they are always busy. The food (I believe) is served as soon as it is ready, and a lot of times brought out by someone other than your wait person. Everyone does their best and they are all very pleasant. Worth the wait to be seated.
