App was user friendly and efficient. When I showed up for pick up I was greeted with a smile and order was ready promptly. As I left I was thanked by the staff. When I arrived home the sandwich was perfect from order and tasty! Nice job!

I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich with extra onions, mayonnaise, and cheese only. They give me a sandwich with extra mayo on it, which I couldn’t eat cause there’s so much of it. They remake it. They don’t put any cheese on it this time around. I hand it to somebody who looks like the manager. I find out he’s the actual owner complete stooge. Refuse to refund my money refuse to remake my sandwich! I strongly urge to pass on this location and go to Another. Charge 20 bucks for a sandwich and drink. You would think you would get the correct order specially when I specified twice to the person at the counter. I can’t blame her as much as I can blame the ownership of this location. Please refrain from coming here.

Firehouse makes a solid sandwich. My go to is the meatball. It’s probably the best thing they offer. Meatballs are tasty and the sauce is thick and flavorful. They put the cheese on before sending it through an oven, so you get it hot and melted on top. They offer a BBQ brisket and cheese that is also decent, but don’t go in thinking it’s a substitute for brisket from a BBQ joint. It’s meat on a bun with bbq sauce.
Service at the Frisco location is friendly, but can be slow. I’ve had coworkers have their orders forgotten about. It can take up to 25-30 min for a sandwich.
I also wish they would not wrap the meatball when I get it to go. The paper sticks to the cheese nearly every time and it’s just a mess.

Now this place very small. I ordered footlong sub extra toasted. Why was the bread soggy? The meat is some kind of steak. Yuk!

Placed a mobile order, got confirmation that my mobile order was placed (emailed a receipt) and the store employee said they never got it. Refused to do anything about it. He tried to look it up once, and I showed him my receipt along with the order success screen I had on the app. I even went as far to show him my bank charge for the order. He said I had to call or reach out to customer service. I’ve been in the industry before and know he could have easily made the order, instead he said he couldn’t do anything about it (I was the only person in store and they had no orders to make at the time). I went to another location that took care of me and made it right on their behalf without any fuss. Beware customer no service here.

Absolutely joke of service. I walked in not a single hello or acknowledgement which is already a bad sign. I stood there by the register for over 5 min. It’s not even like they were in the back and didn’t hear me come in. The guy was literally sitting right in front of me on his phone. Never even glanced up as I stood there waiting to order. Immediately walked out and will definitely not be returning.
