My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Solis World Grille, (32 West Auroa Rd Northfield Center) a wonderful new restaurant. The restaurant is small (reservation recommended) which I find enduring as it feels very intimate and cozy which enables being able to hear yourself when visiting with friends. While feeling cozy it also has an upscale ambiance with the beautiful black seats, white table clothes and exposed brick. We started with fresh baked, warm bread and scratch made butter. DELISH! My wife then enjoyed the Mediterranean Coastside Salad while I enjoyed the cool take on a Caesar, sort of a blend of a wedge and Caesar salad with a slight char on the lettuce and big enough for two. My wife had the Spinach Mushroom Pappardelle. The noodles are made fresh every day on a pasta machine imported from Italy. My wife said it was one of the best pasta dishes she had tasted. I had the 12 oz New York Strip topped with micro-greens which was very flavorful and cooked perfect to my liking. Very nice plating presentation also. I had the Risotto Fromaggi which I could not stop eating. Very creamy but the chef said he is proud to make it without cream. Must be Magic! We both had two drinks and shared the Seasonal Torte. With all of that we did not break the bank AND we both had enough left for another meal! Our server Jillian was Awesome and attentive to our needs without being over bearing. Maddie was great behind the bar. We got to meet John who helps with kitchen prep and whatever is needed. And Ben the owner and Chef came out and spent some time with us. What a great team for such a new restaurant. Ben is very passionate about his business. My wife and I wish him success and a long run. We will be returning many times and bringing family and friends to try everything on the menu. It is so nice to have an upscale, non-chain restaurant serving Northfield, Sagamore, Brecksville, Twinsburg, Aurora and beyond. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience here last night. Service was attentive, helpful, and personable. Food was great, especially the bread/butter and pizza. The homemade pasta was awesome too. The owner/chef came out regularly to serve food and meet customers. We are so excited to have a new locally-owned restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s hard to find a restaurant that’s not a chain anymore! SWG was fantastic. Austin took care of us and the kitchen was able to accommodate my wife’s celiac. Their use of fresh whole ingredients and experienced chef gave us confidence to order pasta knowing it would be gluten free and safe!

Food and drinks were great as well, the Mussels with their red sauce were our favorite and the Italian Cream Soda cocktail was the best mixed drink I’ve had in a while! Can’t wait to come back!!

The food was amazing you can tell that they put the love of their craft into each plate. The atmosphere and service gives the exclusive high-end bistro feel but welcoming and personal. The chefs came out and spoke to my table and watching them talk to other guests made the personalized experience. They welcomed feedback on each guests experience and dishes to encourage what they are doing or things to consider to make Solís the go to place for drinks, date night, meetings or any celebration.

We will be back for more and look forward to what they will do in the future and try more of their food

Such an enjoyable evening at Solis World Grille. Our server Maddie was excellent, the food was beyond delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful, with background music that was a nice added touch. We even ordered dessert which was divine!

Tried out Solis on their second day of being open! Food was delish and service was great. We had the ny strip and mashed potatoes, rosemary chicken spaghetti, and seasonal torte for dessert (pictured). The spaghetti and the torte were especially good! It’s a small place, but very quaint and cute. This restaurant is a great addition to the area!

Went to Solís today for opening day and it was actually so good. The place has a really cool atmosphere and everyone working there was super nice!

We got the pizza and the filet and both were amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly and the pizza was so good too. You can tell they really care about the food and the details.

Madeline was bartending and she killed it. She was so sweet and made the whole experience even better. I’m really proud of her and so excited for her.

If you’re looking for a new place to try definitely check out Solís World Grill. We’ll definitely be back.
