This place is making it impossible to get skinny. If I go to a restaurant these days, I want the visit to be truly unique and special. Rolling Smoke certainly offers a fantastic culinary experience.
I had an intense craving for brisket, and I hung out before they opened like a kid watching cookies in the oven. Shannon soon brought me an art piece of a sandwich. The meat is always the highlight for me. The rich, smoky meat held onto its bold flavors and juices beautifully. The sandwich doesn’t stop there, though.
The toppings and onions were the perfect addition to keep these trophy flavors well balanced and fresh. Every bite welcomed another. It took every reserve of willpower I had to not order seconds.
No matter where or when you eat this sandwich, just take a bite, close your eyes, and you’ll be taken to a summertime family BBQ by the river. Thank you for the experience, Shannon!

I feel awful to have to leave this review, because the people running the truck were very kind and friendly. I had hope when I ordered. I was so excited to see cowboy beans and loaded macaroni and cheese. We also ordered a Mr. Brisket Sandwich. I first tried the sandwich.. the meat didn’t seem to be brisket, but rather like someone cooked a roast all day in a crockpot filled with water. It was flavorless. I then tried the loaded macaroni and cheese, in hopes it was a better option. This also had little to no flavor. Okay, I’m hungry, so I eat it because I paid $40 for it. Hoping for my excitement about the cowboy beans to be fulfilled with flavor, only to discover that these were not meat filled delicious cowboy beans, but what seemed to be a heated can of Bush’s baked beans. I’ve had cow boy beans, this is not that. I won’t be going back to this restaurant. It’s not worth the money, flavor wise, anyways. Portions were great and the people inside were lovely.. the food, very disappointing.

Stopped in for lunch. I’ve been meaning to give this bbq truck a try for weeks now.
I went with the 1 meat platter, brisket in this case with baked beans. Outstanding brisket, very tasty beans & an unexpectedly incredible little corn bread muffin. I want the ribs next!

Do not go here all the food comes out cold. We waited about an hour for leftover barbecue food that was definitely cooked the day before and paid $60 for two people. Not only that we took it back to them to fix and it came out cold a second time. The mac & cheese it shows on the picture is a good creamy mac & cheese like you would expect from a nice barbecue place what came out was dry noodles cold with stick blend cheese on top not even melted. We had to take it back to them. The second time it came out melted, but somehow still cold after another 30 minutes of waiting.

This place has got it all!! We had the loaded baked potatoes and loaded Mac and cheese. We tried three different flavors and all were amazing! The chicken is moist and on the sweeter side. The pork is perfect and has a nice blend of sweet and savory. The pulled tri tip was mouth watering and very savory with a touch of sweetness. The price was reasonable for the portions received. I can’t wait to try even more. Especially want to get my hands on some of the cowboy twinkies!!

Had the pleasure of experiencing Rolling Smoke BBQ when they were parked at Area 61 and we were so glad they were there when we were! I had the Slawpy Pig and my wife had the brisket and we were both thrilled with our selections. Our dog, Harvey, had a pup cup delivered to him while we ate (bare shredded pork) and he was quite happy with the level of customer service offered at this truck. His moms appreciated the food, customer service, and conversation. We hope to find ourselves in the same area again soon!

Absolutely worth any kind of drive, or wait. Some of the best Mac I’ve ever had in the valley, that perfect mix of restaurant and homemade love.
The fried Chicken is phenomenal, Juicy, moist and on the Po’boy sandwich with that spicy sauce, too absolutely die for. Thank you, friends. <3

Unfortunately they are never in Eagle Point anymore It was so nice having great bbq in our area, now every time I call, such disappointment as they aren’t here. But they do make incredible bbq ribs.

I’m sorry to leave this review but we had to ask them to reheat our mac and cheese because it looked like butter noodles with cold shredded cheese that wasn’t melted on top. It looked nothing like the photo they had on display. Especially paying $15 for pasta.
The ribs were really tender but like warm. Asked them to heat them up so that sauce actually melted on it and waited another 20 minutes and it was served barely warm again. Kinda crazy
