Shimi was a very rude and a very disrespectful person who took my order I felt very rushed and like I was an inconvenience to her and her day Every time I had a question, she cut my question off and just wanted me to continue ordering I asked to speak to the manager, and she caught an attitude with me in front of the manager, which the manager’s name was Lauren,
Lauren then told me it’s probably because she’s about to get off covering her and using that as an excuse, I don’t think there’s any excuse to have any type of attitude with a customer service job when you’re about to get off
I should’ve looked at the stars before I came and seen that it’s only a three point 9 star and I see exactly now why that rating is there and in my opinion, it deserves a way lower rating manager didn’t take responsibility just gave her associate an excuse for having an attitude with a customer and being very disrespectful to a customer. Do not come to this location if you want your order, rushed by Shimi
Or if this location is the closest one to you, my opinion is to come when she’s not here so you’re taken care of properly with a Better customer service hopefully

Shouldnt be to complicated to oder 6 drinks. not only do you have to completly repeat yourself when they decide to switch drive thru coverage mid order, they will also get the order wrong. THEN to top things off they still ask for a tip. Do better, this is why tip culture is so frowned upon, I shouldnt be tipping you to get my order wrong.

2 of us walk in. We both order a coffee. The server says they don’t have what he’s asking for so she suggests an alternative. Not what he wanted, at all. 5 minutes go by and she looks at me and says “oops, I forgot”. The staff sees us standing there but FORGET to give me my simple, black coffee with cream. 5 minutes mind you. And when I do get it, there is no cream in it. Instead of waiting another 5 minutes, I decided to take it as it was. The service is horrible for the prices that they charge. They were distracted with one another laughing and playing around. I’ll never go back. It was so disappointing…

Probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. The were SO kind and attentive. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name. He was nice to my son and said my name right! Very kind staff, clean store! Will go out of my way to come back here. Keep it up, guys.

It was ok, the only complaint I have is that the drive thru clerk seemed in a hurry. When I placed my order she said if that was all and I replied not sure so let me look at your menu because I was also hungry and wanted to order something else but she came on the intercom again and said “will that be all” again as if she was in a hurry. So, I just said that will be all. I paid for my iced coffee and left hungry. I also tipped her too. Not too great on her part.

Great customer service, I don’t mind the wait on the drive trough but the fact that they used to blame the “light ice” the reason why our drinks where not completely full and now that there’s a *FEE* (which is reasonable) they still not completely feeling them up any not giving what we paid for. Specially with machas they give me just foam. Train the baristas to measure accordingly to your advertising images.

It seemed to be an inconvenience for Me to order a lavender Matcha a water and a cup.
The woman rolled her eyes as if i was wasting her time. When I asked for a cup to purchase she said you can walk inside. I said I’m omw to work. She was super rude. She wasnt able to scan my starbucks code. Customer service was horrible!
