Even though they have advertisements all over the restaurant for Monopoly game pieces. They do not have any game pieces to give out. All of their options that they advertise in the store that come with pieces do not come with pieces. Sounds as if their staff has been taking them home at night and now they are out.

Place wasn’t to bad considering they just had a bus full of young kids stop in. The manager apologized for the place as she was cleaning and picking up after them. The food was hot and fresh and the ketchup dispenser was working.

The atmosphere was clean and friendly, service was top notch. We had ordered quite a few McChickens and asked for them to be dropped fresh. She did. Usually workers don’t. Brought the food out to us at the table as well. Extremely friendly.

It was 1030pm(lobby closes at 11pm) and they had the doors locked so I couldn’t get my mobile order because I had an RV so I couldn’t go through the drive thru. What’s going on McDonald’s? Why advertise that the lobby is open until 11pm but it wasn’t? Couldn’t get the order I already paid for. These places keep doing this.

The absolute worst extreme of McDonald’s I’ve ever had!! After serving me a cold cup of coffee he got mad at me because I asked for him to put on a fresh pot since that’s been obviously sitting you said it would take over 10 minutes because all the managers round break and I couldn’t have my money back because the managers were on break

Used the McDonald’s app to order food, went to pick it up, was told there was no order sent in, was able to find order number, then was told I didn’t pay for it, so they wanted me to pay for it again. Was able to show I paid for it, then had food and receipt hurled at me saying I got my food for free. I was still charged through the app, and the person working the counter was trying to double charge me. When I got the order home, the order wasn’t even right. So had a 40 minute mobile app issue, get the food home, and it’s still incorrect. DO NOT USE ALTAMONT MCDONALDS, unless you want to give away your money, or get wrong or missing items.
