The food is GREAT! It’s fresh and definitely has different flavors from the other restaurants that serve mexican food. This place used to be a gas station but has been converted. Seats around 25 to 30 inside.
We had guacamole dip and chips. They don’t serve cheese sauce here. The guac was fresh and very tasty.
I had steak tacos and my wife had chicken tacos. Both were loaded with feta cheese, cilantro, snd lettuce. Lime and radishes and cucumbers to add. All full of flavor. If you are looking for authentic Mexican in Henderson, you must go here!

Had the marinated pork street tacos. Very flavorful, but I didn’t receive any radishes. There was no menu to order from (she said they were ordered, but hadn’t come in yet) so I had to pick from their “most popular” items that the owner could tell me about. Service was good.
Edit: I have been back to Medina’s. I had the pulled pork carnitas with eggs. It was one of the best dishes I have had! The pork was so flavorful. The chips and salsa are really good! The service is great.

I stopped in on 3/6/2023 and picked up an order of carnitas to go. When the order came, I was stunned at how heavy the container was. When I opened the container, I was awestruck by the amount of food in the box. It had a HUGE helping of carnitas, heaping servings of rice and beans (whole, not refried), fresh veggies and cilantro, four flour tortillas, and a very hot sauce.
The food was all delicious. It was obviously very fresh, and prepared by someone who knew what they were doing. There was enough for two days of lunch, and I shared a little bit with a coworker.
I cannot recommend their food enough. If you love Mexican food, you have to try Medina’s if you are in the area.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch. My dad and I both ordered the burritos. His was beef and mine was chicken. Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful tasting food! Will be back soon!
