I ordered one medium cheese pizza—that’s it. The app said 7–12 minutes. I walked in about 8 minutes after ordering. For the next 5 minutes, nobody acknowledged me at all. No greeting. No “we’ll be right with you.” Nothing.
Meanwhile, there were 7–8 employees behind the counter, yelling and joking around with each other like it was a hangout spot instead of a workplace. One employee even told them, “There’s a customer here, stop yelling,” and they completely ignored her and kept acting ridiculous.
I finally had to speak up myself because the screen said my order was READY. The guy then asks for my name (seriously?) and tells me it’ll be another 5 minutes. At this point, I had already been standing there for 15 minutes.
I waited another 10 minutes—now we’re at 25 minutes total for a plain cheese pizza. I went to cancel my order because this was beyond unreasonable. The employee asks for my name again, looks around, and suddenly goes, “Oh… it’s right here.”
So my pizza had been sitting there the whole time, getting cold, while I stood there being ignored like I didn’t exist.
No apology. No explanation. No accountability.
This place was unprofessional, disorganized, loud, and disrespectful. If you don’t care about customers, at least don’t make it this obvious. I wasted 25 minutes of my time for absolutely no reason.
Avoid this location unless you enjoy being ignored and served cold food.

Tried to order delivery. I live less than 3 miles away from this Domino’s. 2.8 to be exact!! They apparently aren’t willing to drive the less than 10min to deliver the pizza, as I am out of range for that service! That’s fine, I’ll be getting my pizza from elsewhere from now on. 0/10, I didn’t even get to try it and what’s the point of pizza delivery if you won’t even deliver to local addresses?!

This location discriminate and practice racism against people of color me and my fiancé walked in at 9pm, the cashier did not greet us. He continued to be on the phone and pretended to have a conversation for 30 minutes obviously trying to make us walk out. He didn’t even say hello can you give me a sec. He just held the phone pretending to be on the phone with someone else, once he seen that we will not leave. Being that me and my fiancé was very hungry. we both work 10 hour shifts him being a truck driver me being a daycare teacher Pizza was very convenient for the moment, We ask about the $9.99 special with any toppings. He said yes, we have that we ordered our pizza with two drinks and it came out to $23 My fiancé said why is it $23 if it’s a $9.99 special. The cashier said oh yeah, I made a mistake. Then he pretended to have technical difficulties with his screen And started speaking gibberish like he didn’t speak English, but we heard him speak English with the coworkers in the back right before we walked up to the register. It was obvious he did not want us to patronize this business, and there was a white lady behind us who completed her order with no problem. This place actively practice discrimination in 2025. I suggest all people of color and diverse backgrounds to avoid patronizing a business with such disgusting practices.

It’s domino’s what can you expect couldn’t be further from the truth. The customer service is amazing. The employees went above and beyond and I would recommend patronizing this Dominos if you in the area or live near by. I got to use a coupon and my pizza for a large was under 10 dollars. The boys demolish the pizza as soon as I got into the car.

Was craving pizza, decided to order at Dominos. This is my second time. Started ordering online at 8 pm for delivery. Food was delivered by 8:35 pm. Pizza and garlic bread was fresh and hot! Thank you! Delivery driver Jawad excellent. Pics included in review.

We order online and the delivery service was quick. From the time we order to the time it was delivered was less than 45 minutes. Other dominos we have order delivery at, it’s usually over 75 minutes and incomplete. So this was a nice surprise! The food was hot, a little bit burnt on the sandwiches.
