Best Dogs in the business. Great Hamburger too!
It is great to find a place that has excellent customer service. Even through the drive-through. In addition, consistent and really good food. I’m always on the search for a great hot dog. They’re not really easy to make. It might be easy to cook, but they have a great tasting hotdog, with an excellent presentation. You have to know how someone that has a formula.
If you could see from the pictures, they definitely have a formula from chili dogs to just cheese dogs. They pretty much have some of the top if not the very best fast food restaurant type dog very excited I found this place. I returned from my third visit in ordered all American hamburger. I was not disappointed. The hamburger was excellent.
I was concerned at first when I saw the pressed look of the state burger looked from other places. But the proof is in the taste is Vic Cassano always used to say and it really is good.
Hopefully my wife isn’t reading this, but I also got a flavored milkshake. Caramel is my favorite. It wasn’t just good. It was excellent.

Food came out hot and fresh, all was delicious. Service was friendly and the manager even came around the tables to check on everyone. Loved the Christmas music. Store was clean and all areas were well stocked.

Christopher took my order. He was very informative and helpful. I appreciated his help and knowledge of the menu choices. Some contractors sitting at the tables left a mess of mud under and around the table. I watched as Christopher took the time to quickly clean up around as soon as they left. I went on national steak burger day. So my of my burger was a little bit cold, it had good flavor and all. But my main problem was I ordered it on the mobile app because I have a hip replacement and they first refused to give it to me through the drive-thru but they eventually resolved that and so you have to use them to go inside to get your mobile orders which I feel is a bit unnecessary. So I came to this crazy place for dinner tonight thinking I would have another crazy messed up dinner, but when I walked in I immediately noticed that it was cleaner than before and workers doing the work they were hired in to do. There’s a NEW MANAGER NAMED “HOPE” AND SHES FREAKING AMAZING! She was doing her job by keeping her team busy helping all the guests and restocking the supplies needed to run the business. Hope was very happy and kept a smile on her face while we were eating. She was speaking to her employees like she’s enjoying the team. So for anyone who has visited Freddy’s in the past @ the Englewood location and said “I will never come back”. I would ask to give Hope and her team another chance. Oh and most of all the food was finally FRESH AND CORRECT. HOPE, please stick around and continue to make this place GREAT!

My family and I have been to this Freddy’s location several times. We have enjoyed our experience every time!!!! We just went there again yesterday evening and everything tasted great!!!! We had the Freddy’s Double Original Combo and the Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich Combo. For dessert, we had the Chocolate Brownie Delight Concrete, the Signature Turtle Concrete, and the Oreo Cookie Peppermint Shake. In previous visits, we tried the Chicken Strips, Tater Tots, and Oreo Custard Cookie. Everything we have tried has been delicious!!!!

Decided to give this place a try, since I’ve grown tired of dumping my hard-earned money into places like Burger King and Wendy’s. You’ll spend $20-30 at those places and the food will be below average [at best], your order will likely be wrong somehow and the customer service will more than likely be horrible, or bland.
Fast forward to today! I pull up to Freddy’s and the energy was already throwing me for a loop. These guys actually enjoy their job?? Are they actually happy to serve my food??
When the server opened that drive thru window it was almost as if I had gotten flash banged by a beam of sunshine.
She made sure we had everything we needed. I didn’t even have to ask for sauce, she even went out of her way to list the different options.
These people were so awesome I felt like I was being the weird one!
The food itself was great, and the milkshakes will definitely keep me and my boys in their yard.

Staff was very friendly. Service on first order was okay; service on followup order was exceptional (they brought it to our table, which they normally don’t do.) Atmosphere was very good, as advertised. Bathroom and restaurant were clean. Onion rings were spot on!
Biggest complaints: 1. when they announced our orders were ready, no one heard the announcements bc they weren’t loud enough with ambient noise and conversation. We had to go up and ask if our numbers were called. 2. The cost was too high for the amount of food (In my opinion) 3. Burgers were incredibly thin; a “double” had less meat than a regular single 4. The amount of lettuce on my burger was pitiful, and it was cut so small it kept falling out.

I’ve been to Freddy’s in different states and this one in Englewood was the worst one. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the heat was too high. It wasn’t that cold that day, but the heat was cranked. I should of walked out then, but I wanted to try it. I order my food and while waiting I get my drink and see a layer of scum on the tray underneath the soda nozzles. Totally disgusting.
I get my food after a few minutes and the onion rings had a peculiar taste to them, as if they were fried in old grease. The only good thing was my burger was hot and juicy, but other than that it was not worth going back to.
My advice is to avoid this Freddy’s because it’s not worth it. I’ve eaten at numerous Freddy’s in other states and all were great with no complaints, but this one was a big disappointment.
