Pizza was good.
But I had to call to see if my order was ready, the link just kept saying it wasn’t even started.
Go to the store to get my order, and NO ONE greets us or even says, “one moment” just looks up at us and continues to make pizza and help everyone in the drive thru.
5 people working and no one says anything.
I was going to purchase some drinks but after standing there as long as I did I just put them back. A girl came out of the back, thought she was going to help, or speak, but didn’t. Finally the girl doing the drive thru asked my name and handed me my food.
Not a great experience for my first time going.

The staff was very friendly. As we pulled up to the drive thru, maybe 6 minutes after ordering. She took our money and apologized that it was taking so long. She was literally pulling the pizzas out of the oven. I don’t know why she apologized. Was polite, friendly, and as fresh as it gets. The reason I am leaving a review is because when my wife opened the box she said it was a picture perfect pizza! Great job! Was delicious and fresh! Still the best crust around!

My boyfriend told me he hated papa johns but I insisted this location is good (me being a fan and having enjoyed all the pizzas I have ordered from here). Idk who was working tonight but man… thanks a lot jerk for proving him right ♀️. The wings were in a grease soup (no joke), the pizza dough was not cut and hardly even lightly baked, pizza was more so a soup of sauce poured across a raw baked saltine (dough was stretchy). Bro this was embarrassing and a waste of money. I however am usually happy with my food but whomever jinxed this needs a new place to work like idk dominoes.

Did an order for a epic stuffed crust cheese with extra cheese as well as a meatball pepperoni papadias. The pizza was sure on point… just a pool of molten cheese that you just wanted to dive into, never tried the stuffed crust from Papa John’s but they killed it. The papadias, I’ve never heard of before and had to try, totally worth it and would gladly order again.

How this location has gone downhill… At one time we ordered from this location weekly as I sit here in the takeout line for 28min and not a car has moved. This is my second time back to pick up a pizza ordered over an hour ago.

First of all when I walked into the store no one acknowledged me for a couple of minutes. The young lady who waited one me was nice. Normally I always check my pizza but this time I was in a hurry. When I got home and opened the pizza box my pizza is BURNT! There is no way we can eat this. It’s hard as a rock.
