Went into Wawa to get a coffee and a steak quesadilla today. Was very displeased. I will say the coffee was amazing! But the quesadilla was terrible! The tortilla shell was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Then the steak inside the quesadilla was full of bone and hard white pieces…..very unhappy with this! I will say the cashier at the counter was very nice respectful and pleasant to talk to! But the food service said they couldn’t do anything about the bones and the hard tortilla shelll for my quesadilla. Very poor way to fix the problem!

*Updated called the store today and spoke with the manager on duty. I was assured there is NO additional fees for pickles or any sandwich toppings. This just confirmed I’ll never spend my money at this particular Wawa again.
Literally been shopping at Wawa since 2016 and have I EVER been told by the food staff the I have to pay for extra pickles. Mind you I get some sort of sub sandwich from Wawa every time I come. Well the lady behind the counter with Orange bangs told me that I had to pay extra for pickles. She then proceeded to give me a side cup of pickles FOUR IN TOTAL and says this is what I should pay my money for. I’ll never be back. Their food is already expensive costing over 8 dollars for a club sandwich. That’s a foot long sub at Publix with unlimited condiments. When asked who was the manager on staff she says me. I’m not sure what or how long she’s been a manager but training is highly needed. This is a new store and the production is already low as is. Well it just got lower bc I’m never going back. This is the Newest Wawa on 441 5200 S Pine Ave. THESE ARE THE PICKLES I SHOULD HAVE PAID EXTRA FOR!!

Could hear the ladies talking about the customers from behind the counter and you could tell both of the ladies there on food side and on the drinks did NOT want to be there . There were TWO customers that told her their drinks were wrong idk why I trusted mine was right. Was day dreaming about a caramel latte all day and got a iced coffee with 3 pieces of ice but mistakes happen it was the nastiness snide remarks that make it almost seen it was done on purpose cause I know their papers have specific instructions on what to do. I work at Waffle House so you can’t tell me too can’t have a good attitude at Wawa during the holidays or during anytime at that.

We absolutely love the subs at Wawa’s. However the new store at 5200 in Ocala makes terrible subs. They saturated them with sauce and it makes the bread soggy. They also undercooked a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was not crispy at all . Undercooked and pink! We hope this can be corrected as we love Wawa’s. This has been on several occasions. We’ll visit other locations for now.

Used the Wawa app to place a lunch order at 11:10 AM, I put pick up at 11:50 AM.I pull up and park at 11:48AM and put the spot I’m in for my curbside pickup. Finally after waiting 20 minutes I go inside the store and I see my bag there on a shelf. Seriously? This is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. Not happy.

Very friendly ladies working outside and helping to direct and inform everyone while people were in a panic with the gas situation with the pipeline being hacked and what not on 5/12/21. They were very professional and kept their cool even though everyone was going mad trying to get gas. Would definitely travel further for gas because of how lovely these ladies were.

Are very upset with this Wawa. This is not the first time we come and the air pumps are broken.
There are teens and young people that I have seen parking at this facility at the air pumps at night just to hang out and do whatever. It looks like they or someone is breaking these air pumps. Very disappointed!
