I like this Little Caesars. I think the food is generally pretty good, the service is usually pretty good, and the prices are not that bad – especially when you compare it to restaurant prices.
I like their Hot & Ready pizzas, their meat lovers pizza and the breadsticks. That’s pretty much all I ever get and I’d say 9 times out of 10, the food is hot and good.
Is it occasionally possible that the pizza might not be quite as good as it should? Every now and then but not very often. Is it possible you might run into an employee having a bad day? Again, not very often. I think the staff are usually very friendly.
The one thing I wish they would change is the breadsticks. They need to be baked a little bit longer.
So, if you like pizza and breadsticks, definitely get them from Little Caesars and save yourself a little money.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!!! This is NOT at the store level but when you try to call into the store you are routed to a call center of people with foreign accents that you can’t understand. Extremely unprofessional in all counts. When you try using the app you can’t customize your pizzas at all. Little Caesars has become an absolute joke in the pizza industry.

Absolutely terrible service. One of the young ladies told me it would be a “couple minute wait”, so I proceeded to head out to my car and waited for 20 minutes. I came back in, and not one employee has been to the front of the store to talk to any of the customers in over 15 minutes. I’ve been waiting almost an hour for one pizza and breadsticks. Managers should either train their employees better, or just simply find better ones.

4 people in-store, but no one wanted to answer the phone to take my pickup delivery.
Upon arriving,
I sat in the lobby and called again. Observed the phone ringing while at least one person was standing around, unoccupied.
Total systems failure at this joint,
If the food didn’t reflect the price and was ANYTHING but good,
I would never come here again

I bought a fundraiser package and couldn’t figure out how to use the promo code. The girl behind the counter knew nothing so she called a guy from the back. He had no clue how to do anything and even said he didn’t know how to use the website ordering, that he never use it. I had everything on my phone he didn’t even look at the email, the website, the code.. nothing . He lost a customer for this company that is a promise!!!!
