Best tiramisu there is. And this includes Eagan Sarpino’s.
One time I left my phone behind didn’t realize until I was nearly home and upon returning to the store discovered that the cashier realized what I had done and set my phone in a secure spot for when I did come back for it. ( – tytytytyty)
Note: I’ve read some of the other reviews highlighting a negative delivery experience; I always place carry out orders at this location so I can’t personally speak to delivery issues but I can say that my carry out orders are always flawless. Strike that – there was ONE TIME – they didn’t have the full amount of tiramisu I had ordered – and they went above and beyond to make up for it. Seriously – when they say they care about providing excellent customer service it’s been my experience they mean it.
– tiramisu images included (~ 1.5″ by 3.5″ x 3.5″) – no joke: Eagan Sarpino’s tiramisu is $11 / slice and smaller sized than Richfield. (No joke – check the dimensions yourself.)

Great pizza, and superb calzones. Not an eat-in place, really. Their website needs to be updated so that users can edit the city. I can’t even order online because it incorrectly puts my address in Minneapolis, when I live two suburbs out. This means I can’t order with a credit card, and I can’t participate in loyalty. FIX YOUR WEBSITE.

I ordered pizza from Sarpino’s in Richfield because the front desk clerk at the hotel recommended it to me. Sadly I cannot give an opinion on their food because it never arrived. after over an hour waiting I called back to see what was going on. The same person that took my order said it was leaving now. 15 minutes later they called back to say that they didn’t have a good address. At that point it was an hour and 45 minutes. Knowing now what I know about this business I will never be ordering from them again

Really good pizza! We ordered a large specialty pizza and received a free 12 inch cheese bread. The New York Deli pizza was delicious. The sauce was on point and the jalapeno dipping sauce. They even delivered to our hotel after 9pm.

1st time ordering from this restaurant and boy were we disappointed! The lasagna was terrible and the breadsticks were flat and hard. Look like a small piece of dough cooked too long and dry. Not ordering from there again. The restaurant did not offer anything to make this right when I called to complain.
