We had paid to have food catered. Drove pretty far to get it but we liked the food in the past. We got home and there were no taco shells with our taco bar catering. We called the restaurant and a girl answering the phone said “what do you want me to do? I didn’t pack the order, I just handed it to you” then got rude when I said I wanted to talk with a manager and hung up on me. A 20 Person taco bar that costs $350 and there were ZERO taco shells. No utensils nothing. No manager call. No apology. Such a terrible way to do business. Never again!! Do not recommend. We paid cash or we would have reported it to the credit card compa y.

This particular location is not the closest to me, but I continue to go out of my way because the food itself seems better than the other locations. Every time I come in, the employees are attentive immediately. I usually have my younger child with me so they are very polite and patient while I try to order even if my child is yelling or distracting me. There is always a new topping or seasonal item to try. I appreciate not feeling rushed or like I am being a bother when I take my child to lunch and not many places in the area are as patient!

Food is the draw here. Great Tex-Mex, far better than Moe’s or similar. Even a small full bar for on-premises drinking highly recommend for those who know what good Tex-Mex tastes like.

It’s not a cozy Mexican restaurant feel. More like Moe’s. You go through a line like Moe’s or Subway. We all got the special of the day. It was delicious and included tortilla chips with caso or salsa and a choice of soda fountain drinks, bottle drinks or Margarita! It was not crowded, so we could sit outside and chat. Prices are comparable but seems like a lot of things were extra. In our group, I had not been there before and my phone took me behind the main buildings and it turned out the restaurant was closer to the street. So I got lost in the parking lot! LoL I ended up turning around near Eastern Hills Mall, which was way too far! We enjoyed our meals and sitting outside but not sure about going back any time soon. I would rather have gone to a real restaurant. Just saying, some might want that kind of atmosphere.

I came in this evening by mistake… was looking for another restaurant that I went to the last time I was in the Buffalo area & I was impressed with Salsarita. I got a chicken burrito, chips salsa and guacamole and even a beer for $12! Good portions, very tasty & friendly service. I’ll be back!

Let me start off by saying this is my first time ever in any Salsarita’s. The food has such good potential but left me cringing because there where pieces of undercooked rice in my burrito bowl. The chicken was delicious but the rice kept me from truly enjoying it and eating more then half of it. When I went to get my drink the machine was almost completely out of everything. The floor and counter was sticky and the girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could have a little more sour cream. If anything my chips and queso was very good. 21$ fast food or?

The manager was training a new employee on how to give the customer no meat. He literally scoops it up then shakes the scooper so more meat falls out back into the meat container. What a joke. They don’t measure the rice. So I had a rice bowl with two ounces of meat.

Worst Salsaritas I’ve ever been too. Terrible customer service steak is always rubbery and not even cut properly. They never have their food is never fresh and Frankly I will never waste my money here again. This is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed and the only reason I went back the first time is because they are conveniently located. Don’t even deserve a star.
