I’m not sure what the others are talking about. The customer service was outstanding for pickup. They even brought it to my car! I ordered the smoked bone-in wings w/ lemon pepper rub. My fries were hot and fresh when I picked it up. The wings themselves were quite meh though.

I ordered apple BBQ boneless chicken and Buffalo hot wings combos with fries and ranch as the sides. Apple bbq boneless chicken were alright, they tasted like McDonald’s chicken nuggets dipped in honey that I used to eat when I was a little girl, there wasn’t enough sauce and the chicken was a bit hard, dry and warm. Buffalo sauce is ok, though it’s not spicy but my wings are cooked thoroughly, they need to be seasoned more. ranch dressing is runny when it should be creamy. The curly fries are stale. I can’t enjoy my dinner and my kids aren’t fan of how they tasted. The only best thing from there is Dr Pepper since it tasted like it should be. I wouldn’t recommend it. This is my first and last time I ordered, I would order elsewhere next time.

Very reminiscent of high school cafeteria grade boneless wings. One thing I didn’t realize at first is that the pickup is inside of Chili’s so I was very confused since DoorDash doesn’t mention that.

Very disappointed. Wrong wings with two of my orders. We ordered 23 mins before we arrived. Only to have to wait almost an hr. The fries on each of our four orders were hard and stale. It would have been ok if they were fresh and the order was incorrect. This was our first and last experience with this place.

If I could give this resuranut a 0 I would, so I give you a 1, because how do yall mess up chicken I ordered the bone in wings flavor lemon pepper and its warm on the outside pink on the inside like what, and I’ve been on hold for almost 20 minutes the person on the end sounded concerned but has yet to respond.
Edit: I was able to speak to the manager who helped me out, because I have ordered my meal through door dash they will have to refund it to me through there.

Me and my husband decided we wanted to try something new. We ordered a bone in and a boneless combo. Our food, both chicken and fries, tasted and smelled like raw fish. Not only that my husbands bone in wings were raw in the middle.

After second trip- just to make sure. If you are into raw fatty chicken wings this is your place. Do yourself a favor and go to Wal—Mart buy a pack of chicken wings, go to the salad dressing aisle, open up some blue cheese, and eat them out of the packaging. You’ll have a better wing that way.
