I ordered the founders favorite on DoorDash last night from this location . I basically got vanilla ice cream. I would never order delivery from here again. I might walk in though because I will keep an eye & complain if I get plain vanilla ice cream again! Thankfully, I did get a full refund from DoorDash! Not sure if the person who made this was too lazy to add toppings or just didn’t care about my order. But whoever you are, I hope all the food you get at every restaurant, for the rest of your life, is made as poorly as you made mine! ❤️

Jay helped me out, almost 930 at night still busy. Absolutely made my night, was able to help with special requests including some on sizes, and absolutely set it up with toppings. They were also quite busy, he was still calm polite and focused, in a rush that can be very difficult. I always love the ice cream of course but the people can make the experience much better or worse. Will definitely be coming back, thanks! Jay deserves some recognition, promo or employee of the month if y’all do that!

If I could select zero stars I would I bought a cake for my daughters 19 birthday on April 13 2025 let’s start with my order was not ready for its pick up time of 10 AM I waited in the store 40 minutes for my cake while being told it would take a moment to put the lettering on witch matched the background frosting so you could not see the message you’d think as a cake decorator you would advise the customer to switch the lettering coloring but what do I know. Less then 5 minutes from leaving the store the strawberries and whipped cream were melting off. By the time I got to my house which is 6minutes away from the store the ice cream was melting. The staff lied to me and told me all they had to do was put the lettering on the cake and the whole time the cake was not done not even decorated. The cake should have been done a day or two before pick and frozen to ice ready to be picked up at 10 on Sunday but that was not the case. Do not shop this store in 120th and Washington behind chick fil a they are unreliable and u professional I’m disgusted. I had to stop at Baskin Robbin’s to buy a different cake since the one from Cold stone was complete trash!

This Cold Stone Creamery location demonstrated poor quality control and supervision during my visit. The store had an unpleasant odor, and service was inefficient despite multiple staff members being present.
I spent approximately $40, and my order was prepared incorrectly. Graham crackers were added to my ice cream instead of the requested cake, an unacceptable substitution that rendered the product unsatisfactory. Additional errors included improperly prepared fruit, unauthorized ingredients, and an overfilled container that leaked. The experience did not meet reasonable service or product standards, and I will not be returning.

I used to work at a Coldstone so I understand the standard of customer service and I know that it wasn’t what it was today. I ordered three items and every time I went to add something or ask for a sample of a flavor it was a heavy side with an eye roll. I wasn’t asked or offered if I wanted a waffle bowl and was seem like it was an inconvenience to an asked for one. My ice cream wasn’t properly mixed and bowls were less sloppy and sticky there was.There was no communication no smiling nothing. If people coming in to an establishment to get goods and service and you don’t want to provide quality goods and service quit your job and work somewhere else.

Ordered a Bannana Carmel Crunch with pecans. Hardly any toppings mixed in. Was mostly ice cream yet I paid for extra toppings. Paid almost $20 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Was delivered and wasn’t able to get resolve since it was a “store issue”. After reading recent reviews I won’t be ordering from here again since it’s been an ongoing issue at this store apparently.

This is a nice change of pace from the usual fare available from you typical DQs and BRs. There is so much variety here given the flavors of ice cream, toppings/mix-in ingredients, and cone types that you’ll have a new dessert every time you come to this place. The food is great, but the prices are a bit on the high side, especially if you are used to DQ/BR process, but then again, you’re getting a much tastier product. For stars because the service takes too long (need more staff on a Saturday night!)

my family and I had the pleasure of visiting Cold Stone Creamery, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. I was with my grandmother, mother, wife, and son, and we were all impressed by the service we received especially from Heather.
Heather was incredibly welcoming and patient as we all took our time selecting our ice cream. She made sure each order was perfect and even took the time to engage with us in a friendly and professional manner. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly enjoys what they do, but Heather’s positive attitude and great customer service made our visit even better.
The ice cream, as always, was delicious fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. But the real highlight was the way Heather treated us like valued customers, making sure our family outing was enjoyable from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth with excellent service, Cold Stone is the spot to go. And if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Heather, you’re in for a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!
