I recently placed a delivery order And once I saw my order, it was incorrect. Then proceed to call to store to explain that my order is correct, and the manager was very rude kept insinuating that my order was correct after explaining to her that it was not. I kept explaining to her I order from this location all the time I never have a problem and I know what my order should look like and when it is correct. She then proceeds to hang up in my face. I drive to the store with the incorrect order and the doors are locked. The workers inside were just looking and laughing, but no one came to the door and they would not answer the store phone. I had to call nonemergency to escalate my issue to get it resolved. This is so disappointing as I never had an issue with this location, but this was very unprofessional that I had to contact the police for someone to correct my order and give me a refund. That was my last time ever ordering from this location. I am so disappointed in management. Some training should be involved to better their customer service.

Got my order wrong 2nd time in a row so had to drive 20 minutes back to pick up the correct order. When I picked it up told the counter person that I was picking up a wrong order. Got my pizza with no apology and an attitude that displayed he didn’t care. Won’t go back.

Good flavor, fast service, but they don’t put enough toppings on the pizzas. We ordered a 5 topping pizza last week and one of those toppings was green peppers. We got literally 2 pieces of green pepper on the entire large pizza!

Ordered a medium pizza for pickup at a specific time. Arrived at the the time planned and noticed a sign for a special $11.99 large pizza. Went to pay and asked about the special and they said its valid but my medium pizza cost $17.67. Asked if they could charge for a large and was told no I had to pay the full price for a smaller pizza. At not point while ordering was I informed of this special. On top of that the pizza had obviously been sitting for over 45 minutes as it was ice cold. And they didn’t add the ranch I had paid extra for. Pizza was garbage. Service was garbage. Waste of $20.00 and my time. Go literally anywhere else

Holy smokes, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at this Domino’s! The pizzas were cooked perfectly with plenty of toppings and the woman handling my order at the drive-thru window could not have been more nice and courteous!!

This always happens. The first two times were good, but we had to keep going. The pizza is falling apart and almost inedible. Please cook the pizzas a little more next time. We will be taking an extended break.

1 star only because a 0 (zero) star can’t be given. Ordered online. Wait time said 30-40 minutes. Get to Store #1144, wait at the counter for 15 minutes before someone would acknowledge that I was there. Was told that it would be another 1 hour before my order “might” be ready.
Skip this store. Skip Domino’s. Much better pizza in the area.

This dominos is garbage. 2ND TIME IVE RECEIVED UNCOOKED FOOD, in a 3 month period. I will not give this location another chance. It’s hard to tell from pics but cheese bread is raw and pasta was cold and just gross, just got a pizza, there was no tomato sauce and the crust was raw and doughey… Eww!
