Gentleman working Nov 30 was awesome
This review is for December 1st. I wanted extra toppings for my sandwich I bought last night didnt realize it was so skimpy. I paid extra for double meat. Fine. I just want some of the giardiniera. BuT NO couldn’t get any

as a truck driver, i’ve been to many subways. I have been to this one in Gary IN like 7 times in the last 2-3 months. I have been served by a handful of different employees. They always have EXCEPTIONAL customer service here, easily the best subway customer service i have ever experienced. Always friendly, and always tolerant of my (probably unusual) request to toast bacon on the side for extra crispiness. The subs the employees make here are always absolutely delicious too. This is easily my favorite subway i have ever been to. I seriously don’t know how they can get it right so frequently. These guys all deserve a raise

After waiting for over 30 mins to get a sandwich from the subway the lady working there took her that long just to make 3 little sandwiches and when my turn came I asked for tuna sandwiches she literally said there is no more????? No more tuna at a subway??????????? I asked her to check the back if they have any she replied to me with attitude there is no more

I just stopped in to get some food real quick on the way to school. There were 2 people working behind the counter but only one lady was actually making food and ringing customers up. The other lady seemed to be doing literally nothing. Which wouldn’t be an issue but I came in to grab something quickly and it took probably 10-15 minutes because the one person actually making food kept working on some kind of to go order or whatever it was in between making my order. There was nobody else there, just me. She kept going into the back for some reason too.
Those weren’t too bad if I got the right food. But the employee finally asked me what I wanted and I said a 6 inch and I didn’t say I wanted it toasted. I didn’t want it toasted specifically. But she made me a foot long and toasted it. So I decided to just say whatever and take it because I didn’t k ow how much longer it would take to get the right order if I tried to re do it. Really poor customer service, I felt like I was inconveniencing the employee that was just focused on whatever big order she was making. And I used to work at a sandwich shop so I get that it gets busy, but you still have to make the correct order and be polite to customers. Only upside as the food was pretty good

Ro was amazing!!! I went at a time where the line was very long ( 6/7 ppl ) she had coworkers in the back I noticed however none of them came to assist her. She made sandwiches and rang out each customer at the register as well as washed her hands in between. She was quick and professional. She didn’t complain. She kept a smile on her face and she greeted everyone as if she wasn’t swamped with customers. I’m old school so customer service is a big thing for me. Good customer service is rare and should be recognized. She’s awesome and I’m thankful after a long day at work

This location was in a truckstop. The parking lot was very crowded and which is not their fault but the service was actually OK. The lady at the checkout counter was very tentative to my needs and what I ordered. I really felt welcome there and when I got my food home, it was still warm and I was able to enjoy it for lunch. I would definitely go back here. I really like their customer service. It was quick and easy to order. Thank you for being nice and I give them a thumbs up.

Well, I really wanted a sub, but if the glass is that nasty, I don’t trust anything else. I’d rather eat some beef jerky than spend the rest of the day with food poisoning.

This is the worst subway i have been too un my life. It took 5-7 min for someone to finally come to the front and make my order the sandwiches where made sloppy, and after I ate the sandwich my stomach was tore up i had the runs for about 3-4 days I highly do not recommend eating here if I can give this place a 0 star I would I’m never eating at a gas station subway again they may have food poisoning
