Terrible customer service on hold for several minutes when they finally answered the ask for you to hold again, then the call hangs up. Nobody bothers to call you back. Whe entering the store it’s the dirtiest store I have ever seen.

Nearly $40 with delivery fees. Ordered a large stuffed crust with extra cheese and 2 extra Marinaras. Burnt soggy bread and missing sauces. No extra cheese and just gross. Papa John’s, Domino’s and any local places much much better.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a pizza through the app and called the store an hour and a half later to check on it. Nobody had a clue, and they left me on hold for over 30 minutes. The pizza finally showed up 2.5 hours later, and the delivery guy charged me again in cash, taking advantage of the fact that my son answered the door. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach the store but it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone—every attempt keeps me on hold for over 20 minutes. Awful experience!

Fake promo. The Triple treat promo that they have, the price is not true, it’s supposed to be $19.99 and the real price is subtotal $22.99 and the final price is $24.48 I told the teller and he told me, that was the real price $22.99, so please stop lying to the customers offering $19.99. I used to love Pizza Hut pizza – this was the WORST pizza! They definitely use pre made frozen pizza crust, NO FLAVOR! Look at the grease stain on the box. Disgusting! Threw it away.

I’ve always loved Pizza Hut Wings…except for recently. Literal smallest wings that I have EVER seen! To truly appreciate how little they are, I took the picture of these two wings on top of the foil lid from the Ranch. That’s what, an inch and a half in diameter? They were ALL this size!!

So, I’m a bit confused. Now, pizza hut is sending their deliveries out with door dash drivers? I don’t normally door dash,as I’ve seen how some of the people handle the food they are delivering. I ordered from Pizza Hut directly this evening. It was delivered from door dash, not in a warm bag, under a pile of other orders, under a ladies feet, when she pulled up. I feel like choosing door dash should be the customers decision.
