My family placed a huge order here for a party back in August and spends good money here and visits frequently. We give great business. However the customer service has gone down greatly. The guys who work here are rude. The woman was nice but the guys were not. We just tried to call to place an order for pickup and the guy who answered the phone was rude as hell. We called two times. The first time whoever answered said “yo” only and hung up. Not even giving us a chance to speak or order. We called back thinking we dialed the number wrong the first time and whoever answered that time says in a nasty tone “stop wasting our time “. After saying “hi we’d like to place an order for pickup”. We were just trying to call and place an order for food for pick up. Gladly will “not waste” anyone’s time. Will not be spending anymore money here or visiting any longer. That’s unfortunate.

Cazz’s is a fun little spot in levittown. There is always a friendly staff ready to serve drinks. They have a whole room dedicated to pool tables. They also have a great karaoke and a great lineup of good bands that play there consistently. It’s also a smoking bar. I would recommend this place to anyone .

I’m from New York, running a business here in Pennsylvania, and decided to check out this bar — big mistake. They don’t accept out-of-state IDs. Seriously? That’s got to be one of the dumbest rules I’ve ever heard in my life.
I’ve traveled to every corner of this country — Vegas, L.A., Miami, Hawaii, NYC — and been to hundreds of bars and restaurants. Not once has anyone said, “Sorry, we can’t serve you because your license is from another state.” Absolutely ridiculous.
To the owner: try imagining yourself on a trip with your partner somewhere out of state. You walk into a bar, hungry, ready to relax, and they refuse to serve you just because you’re from somewhere else. You’d probably think they lost their minds — and that’s exactly how I felt here.
If that’s how you treat paying customers, good luck keeping your doors open. Plenty of other bars in PA actually welcome people.

We were invited there for a meeting and my husband said he would never eat their rice (pilav) dishes again. I’m going there tomorrow evening for an invitation, and I’m so nervous… As the number of customers in the venues increases, their quality levels change.

It’s a smoking bar, take that as you will. The menu is entirely finger food. Karaoke night is fun and the staff and patrons are both friendly.

It’s okay, Atmosphere is a bit dark. Plenty of skills machines and you can play Keno on tv. Service was a bit slow and the bartender didn’t seem very happy to be there but he was polite and respectful.

The Bartender Jamie makes a killer “Vampire” cocktail. The Karaoke DJ Has all the names on the screen with their songs. It makes it easier to know when you’re up The patrons are very friendly and the food is delicious with large portions. Bar video games are on the bar to easily play. LOVE this place☺

I give them a 2. Honest review. I brought a service dog in. Everyone loved her. But the bartenders sent us away. It’s okay cause it was a test for the bar workers did okay but no follow up questions past the legal two. Zero attempt is an easy -1. They atleast let us in but it if you have a disability don’t expect exceptional customer service.
