If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend went today 1/18 at around 2pm. We came home, halfway through my burrito I bite into a long piece of hair WHY ARENT THE FEMALE WORKWRS WEARING HAIRNETS. Absolutely disgusting I didn’t finish my food and neither did my boyfriend. I tried calling, but an automated robot answers the phone and is no help. Went online tried looking for an email address didn’t find anything.

Probably the worst service/experience I have had at a Chipotle. My food that was to-go was poorly made just thrown together with the end result being of white rice, with WAY too much sour cream, and minimal chicken. Asked for a coke and they give me a coke where I needed a bottle opener. They pushed me through the line so fast that when the lady saw my reaction after she put the large spoon full of sour cream she just said “what else you want”.

This location does a great job of representing the quality and service one would hope to experience when dining out. The staff is intelligent, helpful, and friendly. Clean kitchwn, dining room, and bathrooms. There are lots of options, for what is called a “fast-casual restaurant”, when you want a quick meal, but want better quality than traditional fast-food. Chipotle is one of the best options to choose in my opinion because of their quality ingredients and ability to make a healthy meal. Even an “unhealthy ” meal here will contain a good portion of protien, complex carbs, vitamins, ect. Chipotle is donne right at this location.

The people who work there are so rude… I waited 22 minutes behind just one customer while about 9 teenagers who were “working” stood around and socialized. Teenagers do that. But what i cant live with is how filthy the kitchen was- plates, cutlery, and cups everywhere: two people were eating dinner that they had served themselves (before serving me) … the two that started to change the food out of the hot and cold pans were dropping food onto the counter and then picking it up with their hands, no gloves, and putting it back into the pans to serve to customers.
Finally when I ordered the beans and rice were clearly cold. But, I had waited and thought you cant tell if something is cold from looking at it.
Before I paid- I asked to see the food. As I suspected the rice and beans were cold. (I did stick my finger into it.) Rice is very dangerous if it isnt kept at the correct temperature.
So- long story short this place is absolutely filthy and managed to break about 3-4 major health codes in one visit.
I’ll also be in contact with the Lakewood Health Inspector’s office.

Great Chipotle in the Belmar plaza. Staff were nice and gave out decent potions, clean tables, great drinks, and a delicious burrito for lunch. Get their honey chicken as a protein, as it was absolutely delicious! Even though it was nearly $10, it was definitely worth it since I was almost full after eating half of it. Highly recommend this place for a quick Mexican burrito or bowl for lunch!

This is the closest location to my house, and I’ve been here three different times in the span of a few weeks and have been disappointed each time. The first time they gave us mushy clumpy rice with bits of hard uncooked rice and we didn’t notice until we came home to eat after a long day. We brought it back because it was not eatable. The evening manager told the cashier to tell us to hold on because she was busy. I looked up and she was just cutting meat. She could have put that aside to attend to us. She then proceeded to act like she didn’t speak English and didn’t acknowledge me but instead had the cashier translate. And proceeded to tell me we couldn’t get refunded in cash (that’s the way we paid). The second time I came in and they had no white rice. I asked how long it would take to be done and they answered “a long time” so I just said forget it and got something else. The third time I came in and they were again out of white rice. I am now waiting the 20 minutes they told me it would take to be done. Very rude manager. And never have any food prep. I hate that this is the closest location to me.

What a tragic group of employees. I came in with a buy one get one free coupon that the employee couldn’t get to work, and he said sorry that’s not my problem. I asked him to get a manager to get it to work, he did and she was even more unhelpful. They both gave me extreme attitudes and said I could pay full price, after both spending about two minutes, trying to get to work themselves on my phone. They continue to repeat that that was not their problem, that was the app and corporates problem, which is the worst version of customer experience I’ve witnessed from a laziness and accountability standpoint in a while. I asked to get their names, and they insanely both refused!!! They literally pointed to the business cards that said the general manager’s names on them and said she wasn’t in charge, even though she was the manager on duty. I asked another employee, her name was Stephanie. I highly recommend you do not keep Stephanie employed in any sort of role with responsibility at your establishment, as she clearly lacks accountability and a customer centric mindset. Good luck.

Walked in at 9:45 pm and asked for fresh white rice as the rice was more than half empty cilantro was all black you can clearly tell it’s been sitting there for a while. The restaurant was dead we were the only customers. When asked if they had any fresh white rice both employees were rude. Not the first time this happens seemed like employees just don’t want to deal with keeping up with fresh food. Employee didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on to attend us. Didn’t end up getting anything went next door instead

I never write reviews on anything. I felt it was my duty to say something. I go to chipotle no less than 4x a week, and this location is near my house. I’m fed up with my bowl or burrito being filled with the smallest portions ever. I go to other chipotles in the area, never an issue. Why is it that this location seem like they are trying to piss people off with their service. It’s not everyone, but 8/10x the service is awful.

I ordered dinner tonight for my family. I brought it home and checked the food, and there was no meat in the tacos. They didn’t get the orders right. I took them back, and they made it again, and the same thing happened even though the manager said she would do it. One taco had a big clump of fat and no meat in the others. Never order online again.
