Tried this place for the first time and had a very nice experience. The ambience was warm and welcoming. The food was fresh and full of flavor. We wanted to try vegetarian options, and the staff made sure everything served to us was appropriate . We loved the sushi, and the vegetarian ramen was really good and comforting. A great place with good food and friendly service.

It’s in the details. ❤️ First time trying this place and the first detail I noticed was the piece of cardboard they added to the bottom of the to-go bags to create a flat base. Not only did it keep the bag organized as intended, but it kept the food warmer too. Next I noticed they deliberately cracked/bent the lid on my roll so the steam wouldn’t soften the crunchy coating. steak and shrimp were both cooked well (as in good). they were mixed together in the picture so I wasn’t sure if they were gonna be cooked that way too (they weren’t). no up-charge for fried rice . first time seeing hibachi styled meal to-go! I really enjoyed that. the ‘kiss me much’ roll was also delicious. they even took care as to put tape on one of the containers to ensure it wouldn’t open and spill. really glad I happened upon this place. due to the aforementioned details, I will definitely be back. I really noticed and appreciated how they went the extra mile.

the only critiques I had (very, very minor) would be that the miso soup, while ample, was too salty. the yum yum sauce was a little too runny and thin – I would’ve enjoyed a thicker consistency. and the salad portion was teenie, tiny. these were not dealbreakers though and I will be returning due the consideration and care they put into those wonderful details.

We had a fantastic meal here! My daughter ordered the chicken ramen and loved it. We also tried their special summer roll and the Hanari roll—both were absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the quality. The owners were so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s hard to believe they’ve only been open for a year—the place already feels like a neighborhood gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a great place! The food is quite good, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. They even had a little boy helping to serve us, he was so cute and added to the charm. It seems to be a family-owned business, which makes the experience feel even more personal and special.

Love the concept of this place! The food was good overall, but it didn’t quite match what was pictured online in my experience. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and was surprised when I opened the container — it came with a generous amount of toppings, meat, and broth, which I appreciated.

The main thing that missed the mark for me was the pork. In the photos it looks grilled or pan-seared, but mine seemed more like it had been boiled. A better cut or preparation of pork would’ve made this a 10/10 meal. I also found the broth a bit mild; I added some seasoning at home to bring out more flavor. The thick noodles were good, but I think thinner noodles (like in the pictures) would soak up the broth better.

Did I eat it all? Absolutely! Would I come back? Probably not — for me, it’s worth paying a few dollars more elsewhere for slightly higher-quality meat. But overall, it’s a solid spot with potential and good portion sizes.

My fiancé and I stopped in for dinner here and were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. Our server was friendly and we got seated right away. The server informed us of their daily specials that were on a big chalkboard, as well as going over the happy hour menu items with us. The food was flavorful and came in large portions. Overall we really enjoyed our experience here and we will definitely be coming back!

I grew up slurping up bowls of ramen. It was the kind that comes in little packages that kids can prepare for themselves. It was a great way to get a snack that took the edge off my hunger until dinner was ready.
Imagine the thrill I felt the first time I had real ramen prepared by an expert. The both was not as salty as the packaged kind. It was rich and aromatic. The noodles were tastier and had a better texture. And there was char sui, green onions, bamboo shoots, seaweed, bean sprouts, spinach, fish cake, and the ultimate treat – a hard boiled egg!
I occasionally still make instant ramen at home, but going out is far better. The other day, I was in MLT and asked Google Maps where I could get a bowl of ramen. The best looking result was Hanari Sushi & Ramen & wok. I usually prefer a place that specializes in ramen, but a bit of sushi with my soup sounded good in the moment. I clicked “Start” and did what the voice told me to do.
I ended up in a small parking lot in front of a building with a couple of businesses. The one on the right was my destination. There were plenty of empty parking spots available, so I was in the door quickly.
An asian woman with no accent greeted me and offered me a spot where she placed a menu. The menu was comprehensive – great for choices, but a bad sign for quality. I had ramen in Japan in a place where the chef had trained for years to get all the elements of ramen exactly right. The dedication paid off. That was the best ramen I ever had.
The menu listed all the usual variations on ramen. I picked Shoyu – my favorite. There was a list of inexpensive sushi and a list of expensive options. I picked futomaki off the cheap list. It was a cold day, so I added a cup of hot tea.
I was one of two customers at the time, so I got plenty of attention from the waitress. My tea was never empty. She brought out the sushi first. It came with pickled ginger and wasabi. There was soy sauce on the table, so I was all set. When I was a kid, I ate tons of futomaki. It was colorful and featured several flavors. This futomaki was not like that. The few ingredients were pale and not very flavorful. Dang.
I was half done with the sushi when the ramen came. All the things I expected were there. I dove in with chopsticks to get at the toppings. Nothing special, but not really bad. I switched to the spoon to try the broth. Again, it was ok, but not deeply flavored.
I ate everything and paid a reasonable price for it. This place will not be my favorite, but If I am hungry and nearby, I might stop in again.

Our family was traveling through Seattle this week and we love sushi and ramen. This restaurant more than surpassed our expectations. Service was amazingly fast and extremely friendly. Sushi rolls were fresh and delicious and the ramen had all the fixings we love. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

This place has gone considerably downhill. Just look at how little rice is on the rolls. Not cheap. Our soba came with just 2 shrimp. Unfortunately we used to come here consistently but won’t be back as the value isn’t there.
