I bought a dozen of variety donuts at the new location in Shepherdsville. Very disappointed, they was so hard you couldn’t eat them
When I called the store I was told the donuts are delivered every morning fresh. There is no way these donuts were delivered fresh that morning. In the garbage they went and will not be back. Donut Express is by far the best place in Shepherdsville to get donuts.

The $5 meal deal is a real rip off. The poor little wraps they provide in the meal is hardly more than 3-4 good bites and tasteless. It looks like a half egg and one little piece of meat in the wrap. I had to really look hard to find the egg and meat inside the wrap.Then there’s the 4-5 small round hash browns in the meal. Coffee is passable.

New to Shelbyville area and I tried back in spring to order a few dozen for work on Saturday morning. The doughnuts were stale, cold, and icing was falling off the sides. Nothing like any other Dunkin I’ve experienced. Then my husband went today to get some for our kids and the doughnuts were stale again, looked like someone had flattened them, and the icing was hardly noticeable on the sprinkled ones we got. I was hoping the spring was just a one time terrible morning, but having it happen again months later and a toddler couldn’t even enjoy them.

Got a signature latte and it was missing all of the toppings. Just basically an iced latte. Also got an iced cappuccino and ordered light ice and got 3/4 of a cup of ice. Love my Dunkin but this wasn’t the best experience. Waited about 45 seconds at the drive thru before someone came and fixed one of the drinks.

a lot of the times the kid employees are fine. it’s the owners/or owners wife whatever she is. they are very rude when i come in and act like im putting a knife to their throat for getting coffee. would still go but can’t because the employees are rude and get my drink wrong often.

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here multiple times, and each time get the same drink. Every time it is half full. Each DoorDash driver has tried asking them to fill it up more, and they did not.

I always love to stop inside a Dunkin’ and was expecting my experience at this Dunkin’ to be normal. Right before putting in my order I noticed how this Dunkin’ was bragging about their manager “that’s weird” is what I thought. So I put in my order of a s’mores coffee, a black coffee, an apple fritter, and a sourdough sandwich. And–without exaggerating–15 seconds later. No wonder you brag about being well managed!

I tried this for the first time today. I honestly haven’t been doing caffeine for about 6 months and I had a long weekend and needed a pick me up this morning!! Well I do not know if I will be trying again. I got a sweet black pepper croissant with a caramel craze iced signature latte. The bacon on the sandwich was not done it was very chewy and I did not taste any sweet or pepper. The latte tasted like a black coffee with no sugar or anything in it? Just not a good experience overall!! I will stick to my Starbucks or just making my own at home! Thanks but no thanks! Kinda wanted to go back and get a refund!

alright so we came through the drive through this morning and ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese bagels. We only received 3 (paid for 4) and one bagel was two tops and another was two bottoms (below is the picture of two tops). I also ordered myself an avocado toast when receive the toast was not toast it was cold bread. The only reason I give two stars is because the drinks were fye anyway they didn’t give us a receipt so it’s not like I can call & get my money back. Just be fair warned when you go here they might mess ur stuff up quite badly
