We tried this for the third time and can happily say it has been great all three times. The 4.3 overall rating is legit! The pizza has way better flavor than another “build your own” pizza place in town. Price is good by today’s standards. Staff has been great each time. Will be a regular on the dining rotation!

I went with my husband for dinner on a Friday night. They were busy. It was my first time ever going and I. Wanted to do a build your own pizza. My husband picked one of the options off of their menu. His pizza came out fine and was brought over to our table. They let me know that mine had been burned and would be remade. Then they walked away. I was concerned because they didn’t ask me what had been on my pizza. 5-10 minutes later they brought my pizza over and it was not correct. Before I could even get a word out the guy that dropped it off hurried away. I was not happy so we got a box and left because I was not about to wait for them to make it a 3rd time. And I would have had to chase the guy down to tell him it was wrong. Probably won’t be back for a while it was very disappointing.

First visit to Firo and it was ok. I liked the experience. It was fun to go thru the line and have them put your pizza together – like how Subway does your sandwich. I had a pizza and a salad. I thought the salad was ridiculously over priced for the size. It was fresh and tasted great but small. There were several people working back there behind the sneeze shield. Maybe too many, because it seemed like they were confused or flustered or both. Anyway, I’m not really bashing them. I’ll definitely try it out again – my friend absolutely LOVES the place! So I know I’ll go back. I’ll just try a different pizza and skip the salad.

This is an ok place for pizza. My wife and I had one each – but ate half each. We thought it lacked toppings – just very sparsely made. But very greasy.

If you have not been here before, you need to go. I ordered the honey habaero pizza, and it was a perfect 10. The crust is light and tasty with just the right amount of crunch. I have found my new favorite pizza joint in Wichita Falls.

So there are not many celiac friendly places to go to in wichita but surprisingly this is one of the few I absolutely LOVE!!Service is always amazing and you can also watch them make your pizza! They knew the procedures and asked me questions if they weren’t sure!
