I ordered two 6piece happy meal and the chicken nuggets smelled bad and taste like they were made in old oil, aswell as the fries, they were cold and taste like they were old and made on old cooking oil. I had to throw away the food, I dont want to feed my kids this and them getting sick. I will not come back here again

So unfortunate that for a new place with a lot of opportunity and a steady flow of customers then management or I should probably say the ownership has no interest in proper staffing for those who are working. The staff have always been friendly, but they’re Consistently understaffed to where the drive-through line at an off peak time can take you 15 minutes to get a drink. If you go inside, the new design is meant to stay off human interaction and when you need something as a result of the drive-through issues we’ve had multiple times you have to walk behind to get anyone’s attention.

Though this is the closest to our house 1011 visits, they strike out every time we will go further to get what we need at another McDonald’s.

So is it to fix but clearly the ownership is not interested.

My daughter and I visited this location yesterday morning around 9:45 AM. The restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, though there was a very nice young lady doing her best to manage the counter and assist customers. However, the location definitely needs additional staff, especially for cleaning, order handling, and front counter support.

We placed an order for the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. The item did not appear on the order screen, but the food came out almost immediately, which surprised us. Unfortunately, once I got home, I noticed the white round egg did not smell right, and the pancakes did not seem fresh. Overall, the quality of the food was very disappointing.

Additionally, we attempted to scan our QR code to receive rewards points through the app. The cashier tried to manually enter it, but it did not work, so I was unable to earn or add my points for this visit.

Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope the location can improve staffing, food quality, and app rewards processing moving forward.

Aumarion & Bryant were amazing! We usually dread coming to McDonalds because the service sucks and the food never taste fresh. BUT these two gentlemen had great customer service and the food was nice and hot. We didn’t even have to ask for extra pickles. We watched as they worked efficiently and how great they attended their customers. We now know which one to go to

Ordered a quarter pounder. Received a regular sized hamburger patty smashed down to make it appear larger. No one at the location really cared. I contacted McDonalds customer service and got a so sorry response. Corporate office doesn’t care so I guess the local stores don’t care either

I should have known when several things on the menu were unavailable to not go here. They made us wait 20 minutes in the drive thru before I said Hello. No apologies, just told to wait more!!!! After the line cleared because it did and they’ve till weren’t serving people we just left. Won’t be going back to this location.

The manager on duty was too busy talking to another employee while leaving 1 employee to run the counter and prepare orders. Multiple customers were waiting to be taken care of by one employee while the manager was in the back not paying attention. 2/12/26 9am

The issue is I placed orders ahead of several people and have been sitting for what seems like a hour it’s been currently 40 minutes inside this store please do better with your time management.

The convenience of mobile ordering is completely ruined at this location. No matter which way I order the wait is always surprisingly long.

Unfortunately this location is so close to me.
On top of service being slow I was trying to serve myself a coke and see the image provided to show how coke only looks when it’s been watered down.

Routinely 20+ minute wait times, poor order accuracy, no supervisors and about 5 workers under 20 walking slowly around, trying to figure out how to operate a McD’s. Very sad to see what your stores have become!
