Poor customer service, no sense of urgency, and simply unprofessional in that after 15 minutes of waiting for 3 drinks my call button was never answered after repeatedly pressing.
This was at 3pm and less than 4 cars waiting.
Pathetic excuses giving as to be understaffed yet no one even attempting to pick up their pace, which on this day was 1 person running orders….Simply embarrassing from a customer service viewpoint…Do better Sonic ♂️

I am a dedicated fast food connoisseur. I have three pages of apps in my phone. I have seem the emails and ads touting the “new” groovy fries. When they offered them free with a new smash burger, I decided to try them both. Placed my order through the app. First thing is when I came to pick it up the ads banners on the kiosk had a quarter pound double cheeseburger for 1.99! I paid 6.29 for my smash burger. No bueno man! Secondly, groovy fries were not so groovy (see pic). Looks like the bottom of the bag. Take a look at Braums, Sonic. Those are crinkle fries. I suggest going with a seasoned curly fry. Arby’s is one of the only ones left. If you do it right, you will make a lot of money. P.S. don’t advertise a deal that is a third of the price when you intro a new product. The smash burger was not three times more delicious. Sorry guys, maybe next time. I will come back for my corn and chili dogs.

So disappointing, I specifically came to this sonic location because of the high review rating. My husband and I ordered a Supersonic double cheeseburger meal and large chili cheese fries with no drinks.
We waited 25 mins to get our food and we even have a carhop come by just to realize it she was at the wrong car stall. People that showed up after us received there food before us. We came because we wanted something fast, hence sonic is “fast” food but this sonic location was everything but that.
A young man finally comes out and says sorry about the wait and we receive our food. My husbands burger was meh but my CHILI CHEESE FRIES were terrible. They gave me soggy limp fries with NO CHILI AND NO CHEESE. It seems impossible to mess up up but this location proved otherwise.
A few years ago I liked Sonic but now the food and service just continues to decline. The store manager and area supervisor needs to provide better training to employees so they can do their job correctly and provide quality service.

Don’t go at 1:30pm on a Sunday. Waited over 30 minutes for just a shake and it was melted by the time they brought it out. Very disappointed they even allowed this. Clearly they don’t care. Even left a tip in the app order, but they didn’t deserve one in the end. Also, the website to “escalate feedback” conveniently doesn’t work.

Favorite Sonic to go to!!! I’d highly recommend any of the Sonic Blasts, especially the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Turtle Truffle Nut. Great customer service. Last time I went, there were several customers, and limited staff, so it could’ve been a stressful situation for the employees. But the staff was very friendly, bright and nice. Will be coming by again soon!

I ordered cheese fries. Didn’t have cheese. Server comes back fries were definitely older. Cheese wasn’t even melted.
The server was very apologetic though.
My hot dog wasn’t warm at all.
I love sonic. I’ve never encountered this before at a sonic.
I’ll just go to a different one next time.
