This is my favorite place to eat, I am really into healthy eating and I have lactose intolerance and sensitivity to certain oils but this place uses really clean ingredients and their food is delicious. I could eat here every day and feel healthy and super satisfied because everything they make is so delicious. The coconut curry bowl is my favorite, but I also really like their nice cream, And their açai bowls are some of the best if not the best I’ve ever had.

We love Aubergine, and at our hometown Aubergine we clean up our own plates. Which is better for the employees, they are so busy as is. Unfortunately we couldn’t find much seating because most tables were dirty, also dirty table don’t create a great atmosphere for eating. Not knocking this location for anything other than making customers clean up their own stuff. I feel like customers having to clean up their own mess is kind of a testament to aubergine in having a healthy mind set. And it helps the employees not be so overwhelmed when busy.

Very clean and cozy on the inside. Menu is great and labels allergies. As someone who has a nut allergy, it’s a limited menu but at least it’s labeled! Got the chicken curry (no nuts) My partner got the chicken harvest (nuts)

I ate here a handful of times last week while in St. George for work as it adheres to my dietary restrictions, and this location did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and helpful and willing to make accommodations. The dining area is clean and there’s plenty of tables.

First time here. Kind of a weird set up where you pass the ingredients and thinking they’re going to make your dish in front of you like cafe rio or blaze pizza or Chipotle. But you just pass the ingredients and go to cashier to order.
I downloaded the app bc I saw a sign for rewards. Employees were neither welcoming nor helpful. They just existed.
I ordered the wild salmon bowl. Very good. The flavors were perfectly blended together. Nice addition of a Brazilian cheesy bread. Also ordered the Mediterranean bowl. The falafel was cold. I’ve always had it hot/warm so it was unexpected. It was just ok, in my book.
The drinks were self serve. I didn’t really like any of the drinks. Tasted like kombucha without the fermentation.
Overall, I’d come back again to try the acai bowls and smoothies.

I was not impressed. For what what received for the price paid was disappointing. I got the roasted chicken plate that has 6 thin slices of dry chicken, 2 florets of broccoli, 2 slices of sweet potato (maybe a half potato, maybe), rice, and a salad. It’s was $20. I could make the same for probably $5. It was OK but flavor was nothing amazing. I’m sure it was healthier than other options if that’s what you’re paying for.

As one of the few truly seed oil free restaurants in the valley… I cannot speak highly enough about this place. It’s our go-to place when we need/want to eat out. I highly recommend. Everything on their menu is awesome. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Sometime the wait can be long when it’s busy but that’s to be expected when they are actually cooking actual food.

This location is the best! The food is absolutely delicious and I feel so good after eating such a healthy meal. I got the very berry salad and some lemonade.
