I stopped to get a banana split, and it didn’t even look like a banana split. This is the 1st time that I was dissatisfied with Dairy Queen. Will never go back to this establishment. Someone need to train them how to do a banana split. No ice cream, no pineapple, just plain cream whipped.

How can I begin this review? The staff at dairy Queen should have their own sitcom. They are so much fun but professional at the same time. I ordered the Cherry dip cone. The same kind of treat I used to get as a child. Actually, I felt like a child again. This smooth chocolate taste combined with cherry flavor was so good. As I said, the whole package is awesome. I think I’ll call the manager or owner and tell them what a nice experience I had there.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I went today at 9:40 and my order dint get taken until 9:50 to then for they can say they are only serving cones. I come here every night to get a hot dog and they never have any. Employees are so unprofessional and very rude .

So I pulled up to this Dairy Queen at 6:30 pm on Tuesday 8/30/2022 and the young lady at the counter instructed me to get back in my car and go to the drive thru because they were “understaffed”. There was only one other customer there and 3 young girls working, but for some reason I had to put my kid back in the car so he can choose his ice cream at the drive thru instead of speaking to a friendly person at the counter, like a normal ice cream shop. I cooperated because I didn’t want spit in my kid’s ice cream, but I really recommend that anybody that wants ice cream just goes to Cold Stone in Orange, they are actually friendly and don’t make you jump thru hurdles before taking your money. I should add that the next customers that came up to the window were older white folks and they were helped quickly and without incident. I don’t like being treated differently due to race, so shameful.

Great customer service. I believe it was a Manager who helped us at the drive-thru or maybe a Supervisor. Very professional and pleasant! Drinks were made perfectly too.

i love love there bilzards i had there strawverry cheesequake billzard it was a saturday night about 9pm it was packed but the service was pretty fast, and the drivethru was out to the street i couldnt believe how fast the line was moving ! i will deff be back for some more cheesequake billzards they also have a huge menu of other great options of ice cream and milkshakes and sundeas something for everyones tastebuds!

Pretty solid Dairy Queen that I’ve been going to since I was a kid. The quality really depends on the person working–the girl there is dope but the otjer two dudes keep giving me the ugliest cones and kinda poorly blended oreo milkshakes. It’s a toss up. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
