Loved this place years ago but it’s on it’s last leg. So dirty, lobby half closed covered in boxes and old signage, dips for cones not working, and no ice cream cakes/unplugged freezers. Overall seemed dirty behind the counter. Employees were very nice and apologetic of the dips not working but seems like management has given up.

We came here 30 min to close, I tried to order chicken strip plate and was unapologetically told the kitchen was closed? Really? Just the kitchen you guys close at 10. We ended up ordering two small smoothies and they were both nasty and not filled all the way. They pointlessly gave us a table number but then had us come up to the counter. Not a pleasant experience.

You know know what I don’t normally listen to random weirdos online who tell me you all are sleeping on dairy queen. I didn’t think so too. But I got exactly what was promised a pretty spot on experience all this was 11 bucks but all was good. Honestly if you want fast food give dairy queen a shot.

I got here at 8:40 pm on a Saturday and it was already closed. The hours in Google maps says that this place closes at 11 pm. I suggest just to update the hours of the business. You lose at least 7 customers in about 5 minutes while I was there.

I’m not sure why this location is still showing on Google Maps — Dairy Queen is no longer at this address. A new business called Mac and Burger is now operating here. This listing should be removed to avoid confusion. My daughter was very disappointed when we couldn’t find Dairy Queen. Google said the hours and business were verified 3 weeks ago

Same as other comments, this place is on its last leg. Hours are very weird, lobby’s half closed, bathroom has been “out of order for months” empty coolers, not sure how this place makes a profit. Went in there recently shortly after opening and all they said they could serve was select ice cream and chicken baskets. I do construction very close by and have came in here several times and nothing has changed. Any other Dairy Queen is awesome but this one is very run down, and have some employees who shouldn’t be dealing with costumers, very rude. Will not be back and neither will my crew. Hopefully this place will get better but nothing changes after a long time of hoping it will get better.

We love Dairy Queen but their hours have been very irregular, limited, and not as suggested on Google. They seem to have plenty of business but always close early. Many people come to the door surprised as we are that they are closed at 8 or 9pm and not the 11pm suggested on Google. Several years in a row now I have tried to call in a birthday cake order and no one will answer the phone or return messages. The one time they answered I was left hanging, no one said “hello,” and after 5 minutes they hung up. I have had to go in person to order or change an order every time. Better management, better hours, and improved customer service would be much appreciated.

I want to come here but every time I try to get food but it always closes before posted close closing time. I wanted to get a small ice cream a little after 8:15p but the store was already dark, locked and the person behind the counter indicated it was closed, even though the hours of operation posted on the store say 8:30p and Google says it is open until 10p. This happens every time I visit this location.

The level of grime and neglect here is truly shocking. Old food, muck and dirt coating literally every surface, including food prep surfaces and ice cream nozzles. Windows smeared and covered in fingerprints and grime. Credit card machine black with dirt. I walked out of there with my food and threw it directly in the trash. Not interested in food poisoning, no thank you! What’s worse, some of the cleaning needed would be easy. Literally quick wipe downs of surfaces would be an improvement but it’s clear they don’t even do the bare minimum. Gross gross gross. Also, the girl helping me (who was nice, I’ll admit) had her long sweatshirt sleeves half over her hands as she reached into my takeout bag and handled my food. So unsanitary! It’s very clear management does not care about this place, and neither do the employees.
