I’m extremely disappointed to know that employees do NOT care about policies! Look at that chicken, it’s obvious that it was fried in DIRTY oil/grease, it’s evident that no one has changed the oil in at least a week! The worst part is that you could taste it, it was bitter and it tasted scorched. But the cherry to the sundae was the mashed potatoes with gravy we received, it wasn’t brown gravy, it was white sausage gravy, which had to be thrown out due to the fact that our family doesn’t indulge in swine. Sad to say we had a disgusting experience at this location. Do y’all selves a favor, go the extra mile and go elsewhere!

When I ordered my food through the drive thru, the friendly woman gave me the best deal possible for what I wanted. I appreciate that a lot. I waited longer than expected in the line because there were three rather old women in the car ahead. It was obvious to me that the restraurant employee was very kind and patient with them. The food at this location is consistenly good, and the service is great. I wish I knew their names so I could complemently accordingly.

The drive-thru employee was very pleasant! I love the dirty rive but hadn’t had any of the chicken for a lot of years So I tried the chicken tenders, and they were very good.They remind me of my favorite chicken place from when I was a child of the the flavor of the breading , so I will be getting those again.

We just came to get food quickly before a movie, and the Bo berry sausage biscuit took a little longer to come out. We never complained because it really didn’t take long, then he asked if we had tried their new peach cobbler, and said he’d give us one to try! 10 minutes later they came back with peach cobblers for my whole family. Lovely experience!!

The food was better than it has been on Huffman Mill Rd. maybe it’s because the AI takes the order instead of the humans. The people there act as if their doing you a favor by them acting as if their giving you your food for free but their taking your money at the same time with a up side down smile. If people don’t like serving the public find something else to do, like working with animals maybe they might put smile on your face.

genuinely every time i come here there is always a problem. Either they ran out of chicken or they need to change their oil. It really doesn’t matter if they are slow or in rush, something always has to happen. the service was once good when i first moved here but it slowly declined.

I didn’t have a bad experience at this Bojangles—in fact, my fries were fresh, hot, and exactly how they should be. But dang, $5 for a large fry?! That price caught me off guard. I get that prices have gone up everywhere, but for what you get, it feels a little steep. The quality was there, but I can’t say the value matched. If you’re craving Bojangles fries, they’ll definitely hit the spot—but be ready to pay for it.

Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes over to the Huffman Mill location. This location is so hit and miss. And if you make a modification using the AI system in the drive through and it gets it wrong, you will not be able to talk to an employee over the intercom to fix it. When it misses it’s because the food is cold and it takes forever.
It’s just sad that the other 2 locations within a 10 minutes drive of this one are so much better and neither of those is that great.

The worst Bojangles around. Was told it would be 4 min wait so I pulled to a parking spot after sitting there 25 minutes my husband went inside to get his food. They had not even started fixing it. Meanwhile there were two employees out front one smoking a cigarette and the other hanging something up. Will not be back!
