I ordered pizza here quite often and they were usually good. Today I ordered one to support my son’s school fundraising event and it was a bad experience. Pizza was burnt badly and the wait time was more than 1 hr.

Hi, I used to order at fresco regularly twice a week when they opened for few years till they burnt my order for pizza two times in a row, so bad that nobody could eat them. I called them and nicely brought it up to their attention; but two times was bad enough for me and decided to take a long break from this restaurant. Recently after few years I ordered two large pizza and made a request for extra attention for not burning them. Instead I got two large undone pizza. My supreme pizza was short on two toppings and my mushroom pizza had too much pesto topping (overwhelming!) with a very little mushroom topping.

As someone that’s local to sandiego I’ve tried many different pizza, places, however, this is pretty up there.
I won’t say much more than that, but if you’re in the mood for some pizza, you should definitely give this place a try.

We always loved their pizza. However, the most recent delivery order we received, the ceasers salad had dirt on the several pieces of lettuce. It was extremely disgusting, disturbing and disappointing.

Stopped by for lunch. Service was spot on. They have a great selection of ales to pair with the great variety of pizza and wings. Wings are crispy and tasty. This cyst pizza with lots of flavor. Great spot for lunch.

Wide choice of pizza, beer, and appetizers. Nice spot for friends hangout and families alike. I tried the vegetarian pizza with pesto, ricotta, and parmesan cheese with olives, bell peppers, and onion topping. Amazing taste and crunchiness that makes this pizza unique.

Great food – and not just pizza! You can order a whole pizza, get pizza by the slice, or enjoy one of their salads, pasta entrees or sandwiches. I have had many meals here and have never been disappointed. They also have a pretty nice selection of beer on tap as well.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Oh, and they have a back patio too – perfect for our San Diego climate!

We tried out the $6 dinner box and it came w/ 4 slices.
As soon as my husband finished his, roughly 20-30 mins later he got sick and is sick since. (~2hrs) We assume that the pizzas were laying out too long by the restaurant and got him food poison. Im not sick as I was going to eat later.
This is really unsettling.

If you are a ‘foodie’ and love the real homemade flavors of unrushed and fresh you have got to visit this place. Organic, Gluten Free and Fresh with a craft beer and a sports game, it’s perfect and local. I order all the salads, and the gluten free pasta…Nice folks, great food.
