This used to be one of the better Jets locations in the area. Second time in row they delivered a cold burnt pizza. Entire thing went down garbage disposal! Not getting a chance at strike 3 I hate throwing cash in the garbage.

I sent my daughters up to get our dinner from them. They first gave us the complete wrong order and we didn’t realize that till we brought the food home. I called them and told them I was bringing them up the food to exchange to get mine. They did not give us anything in credit for going out of our way bringing them back the wrong order doing all the extra driving and everything but mind you the other customers dinner that we got they got reimbursed in a whole new food order. Tell me how that is great customer service to us not just the other family. That’s bullshit. Mind you we spent over $100 on our food. We could’ve kept their dinner because it was more food and screwed that family over but we didn’t. We were the better people so you would think Jets would be thankful and do something in consideration for what we did nope. As our food sat on the little warmer rack for an extra 30 minutes because of their mistake

Very disappointed
To be honest, if I’m paying around $20 for a pizza, I expect it to be fresh, hot, and flavorful. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

The pizza tasted worse than their regular pizzas and felt like it had been reheated, especially the Hawaiian pizza. Some of the toppings were so hard they were difficult to bite and even swallow. The crust was also hard and dry, not fresh at all.

The chicken wings were another disappointment — very dry and tough. Overall, the food just didn’t taste fresh, and the quality did not match the price. I wouldn’t order this again.

I ordered it online- a large deep dish pizza with 2 topping and received it with one topping, waited 15 mins on site just to find out the pizza is raw and not cooked when I reached home. Unacceptable customer service also. They don’t own up to their mistakes and have an awful attitude.

The rating is not for the store it’s for their headquarters, if you order on line you get points for free items, ie Jets Bread, Free Delivery etc. the problem is when you redeem your points, they will subtract the points and then charge you for what you though you were getting for free. Not a new problem they could have fixed it months ago which tells me they are okay ripping us off. Corporate you get a rating of -0.

3rd visit to this location, first time being majorly alarmed and turned off of jets pizza as a whole. Forever.

One lady was friendly, filling the pop coolers and greeted me. The rest were clearly young kids and seemed to be not very well trained and unsupervised.

Cleaning process is VERY off base here! The lobby area is absolutely filthy and clearly hasn’t been properly mopped in weeks. Where is the leadership and who is monitoring the closing/ cleaning process?

Standing here watching staff prep and process orders, The girl cutting and boxing had a few minutes to spare so she started cleaning the filthy area under the cut table with a rag and bottle of degreaser, she even scrubbed the bottom section of the legs of the cut table. No gloves, hands and knees type situation, then she throws the filthy chemical covered rag just on the table that she’s cutting pizzas on. Looks around sees my pizza is now ready to cut. She grabs the dirty knife, grabs the filthy rag, wipes the old toppings off of the knife with the filthy rag and attempts to cut my pizza with it. I had boldy and quickly to speak up and stop her. I politely called her out, told her I’d been watching her actions and requested a new knife. Had I not been watching my pizza would have been cut with a knife cleaned by a rag that literally just scrubbed filth below the food prep area and was covered in cleaner or degreaser. I was blown away. I don’t even know what to do, should I call the health department? Clearly the jets process has broke down and the wheels have fallen off. How is this even possible. If a small child took a bite of pizza where that cleaner touched it could be a serious health concern , not to mention the bacteria. Absolutely disgusting , not the least bit APPETIZING. Very alarming that there was no responsible individual on site and that a customer had to catch and correct this severE health code violation. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO FORGET THIS ANY TIME I THINK OF JETS PIZZA. GAME OVER JETS we are breaking up. Been a great 20+ year relationship but I just can’t see you anymore.

Got an email to do a review for 10 0ff 25. There were no stipulations listed. Coupon wouldn’t work. Called the store, and the manager said shed take care of it in store. My husband went to pay and was told by two different people it was taken care of. Didn’t give him a receipt but his card was charged the amount with no discount. I called the store and the manager claimed it was taken off. It wasn’t. I can see the email with no 10 off 25. And thats exactly what my card was charged. She went around and around. Insisting my discount came off. What she was seeing was actually just the discounts I had already applied on the website. She didnt seem like she any intention of fixing the problem. So I finally gave up. But wanted to be sure I fixed my review. So much for the 10 dollar coupon. Good luck ever using it if you get that email.

This store is notorious for delivering Cold Pizza. Just got something late and cold. Quit sending your drivers out to do multiple deliveries (why it occurs). Heat bags don’t work.

2 pizza slices were delicious. Small antipasto salad was so old. I only ate half of it as the lettuce was wilted and old. So disappointed. This place is always good.

Grew Up on Jets My Absolute Favorite pizza & I lived in Chicago and NYC in the Bronx by Notable Nicks Pizza, anyways just got a Jets Detroit pizza at 21 mile n Garfield and barely had cheese on it and felt skimpy… i tipped 20% to make sure it was made good but I felt skimped and even though jets is my favorite pizza I won’t be back for awhile because the kids working this afternoon either were instructed to use the bare minimum or neglected to make it to the Jets Premium Standard that made Jets a Nationwide Famous Detroit Pizza Brand. I am a cook pizza maker but mostly work as a Fine dining Server Bartender so I don’t appreciate negligence especially if I tip 20% on my Credit Card Receipt hooking up the workers who make it, I guess next time I will have to specifically order X-Tra Cheese and Pay More to Store Location & NOT TiP on my CC Payment instead.
