We ordered and waited for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the buzzer never rang. We reminded them several times of our order. Many people who ordered after us got their order. After half an hour the order they gave us was wrong flavor. They took it from us without even apology and then told us to wait another 20 minutes. Then they gave us something wrong AGAIN!! We asked for a refund at the end. Absolute terrible service.

Terra Nossa is honestly one of my favorite places to eat at the Natick Mall. The food is so good every single time the meat is always juicy, the seasoning is perfect, and everything tastes super fresh.
The customer service is really nice too. They’re always friendly, quick, and they actually make you feel welcome. Even when it’s busy, they still take care of you and don’t act annoyed.
If you want good food ESPECIALLY STEAK, Terra Nossa is definitely the spot.

The first time i came here, was some of the best brazilian mall food i ever had. ever since literally that first time everytime its genuinely mid. maduro, dry, rice dry, steak dry and on top of that the guy working the steak after i asked if i could get it cooked less because im paying for this food i didn’t ask for anything wrong, gave me a dirty stare him and the two other girls they work with. i support this business, im writing this review so you guys can understand and improve. thank you

The BBQ proteins are awesome including beef, chicken, pork. They serve the food very fast and it would be quick for me to grab the food to solve my hunger. Prices are all right considering that they give us much protein and some sides included.

Great quality/value Brazilian food! I’ve been here twice and both times the food was delicious. The meat is sooo good and high quality, & the sides are great too! I will definitely be returning!!
