I’m not sure what happens with my precious reviews posted 2yrs ago but went back today and the food still delicious. Great portions, good price and everything we ordered hit the spot.

The goat korma (kurma, khorma) is one of my favorites. The Hyderabadi Goat Dum Biryani is very fragrant and the right texture.

I ordered online to ensure I researched what I wanted and cleared any language barrier. Service was efficient as I was handled my order as soon as I arrived.

As someone from Texas who loves bold flavors, visiting Rayalaseema Ruchulu was an absolute treat. I’ve had plenty of Indian food before, but this place brings something totally unique with its Rayalaseema-style dishes — spicy, rustic, and full of character.

The moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly ground spices hit me, and I knew I was in for something special. I ordered their famous Ragi Sangati with Natukodi Pulusu, and wow — the chicken stew had the perfect balance of heat and tanginess, and the ragi ball was soft and comforting. The Kodi Vepudu was another standout: crispy, spicy, and incredibly flavorful.

If you enjoy spicy food, you’ll feel right at home. But even if you don’t, the staff is super friendly and will guide you toward dishes that match your spice tolerance.

The service was fast, the food came out hot, and everything tasted homemade. Portions are generous too — Texas-approved!

Overall, Rayalaseema Ruchulu is a must-visit if you want authentic South Indian flavors you won’t find in your average Indian restaurant. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely amazing! We tried the Mutton Biryani, Jalebi, and Onion Pakoda, and every single dish was bursting with authentic Indian flavors. Everything tasted outstanding! The prices were very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Thank you for serving such delicious, truly authentic Indian food — we’ll definitely be back!

I have tasted mutton dum biryani last Sunday. It was full of flavor and the best mutton dum biryani in Dallas. I ordered “Chicken & Mutton Dum Biryani” today, it was bland and has no flavor in it. I was expecting the same flavor but totally disappointed. No consistency.! Hope they keep the consistency going..

An Authentic Rayalaseema Feast – Truly Outstanding!

Rayalaseema Ruchulu gave us an unforgettable dining experience that truly celebrates authentic Telugu flavors. We ordered Ragi Sangati with Natukodi Pulusu and the Rayalaseema Mutton Pulov, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, traditional, and perfectly balanced—clearly made with passion and authenticity.

The Natukodi Pulusu was bursting with rustic spices and paired beautifully with the ragi sangati, while the mutton pulov was incredibly aromatic, tender, and cooked to perfection. You can genuinely taste the heritage in the food.

What made the experience even better was the excellent management and warm hospitality. The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from start to finish. Service was prompt, professional, and delivered with a smile.

If you’re looking for true Rayalaseema cuisine, soulful food, and top-notch hospitality, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended—this is not just a meal, it’s an experience!

Loved it ! Oh it took me quite a while to find the name of this restaurant. I was eating leftovers I’d bought a couple of days ago, and it reminded me to leave a review. I’m not sure if the person who helped me was the owner, but he was very kind and even served me dosa after breakfast hours were over. The food was extremely fresh—you could tell real, whole tomatoes and onions were used. Compliments to the chef for such fresh and delicious food at such an affordable price. They were also making all the appetizers like samosa and all fresh, also jalebi. Awesome place, trust me you won’t go wrong with it.

We ordered take-out. Biryani was good but the amount of oil they add is extremely unhealthy.

One of the best Biryani spots in the DFW area.
My brother had placed a pick up order of a Gongura Chicken Dum Biryani and a Vijayawada Chicken Biryani. The wait time was around 40 minutes. We were talking about that, and the minute we tasted the Biryani, we know, the wait was worth the taste.
Especially, the Gongura Chicken Dum Biryani was so good; it is the best Gongura Biryani I’ve had in the US so far. Definitely, worth a try. Can’t wait to visit this place again. I wish it delivers Arlington via Doordash or Uber.

Got here on a Saturday afternoon around 1 PM. Located in a strip mall with an Indian grocery store, a travel agency and a few other stores. We were the only customers and it took about 20 minutes for our food to be served in to-go boxes. They have paper plates & cups and plastic cutlery. Eating Indian food with any cutlery is kinda awkward let alone plastic cutlery. While we were there we did notice quite a few customers pick up their to-go orders.

The food was ok and so was the service and the ambiance. Nothing to brag about.
